STEPOSOL® MET-10U is a unique unsaturated di-substituted amide crafted from renewable sources through nobel prize-winning metathesis technology. With attributes like rapid soil-penetrating kinetics, excellent solvency, heat and hydrolytic stability, and low voc content, it finds its place in various applications, including agriculture and coatings.

STEPANTEX® VT-90 is a diester fabric softener quaternary, providing excellent softening, cold water dispersibility, and good rewetting properties. This cationic surfactant paste can be used to produce up to 25% solid dispersions in household and industrial fabric softeners. The product is biobased.

STEPANOL® WA-EXTRA PCK is a liquid anionic surfactant that provides excellent foaming and was designed for higher viscosity formulations. It is utilized in a variety of personal care, household detergent formulations, and textile applications. This product meets the u.S. Epa safer choice program's surfactant screen and is listed on cleangredients.Org.

Its utility extends to applications like drilling foamers, acid-catalyzed reactions, and catalysts in aqueous systems.

STEPANTEX® DA-6 is a highly active nonionic surfactant that provides emulsification, moderate foam, detergency, and excellent wetting. This product finds application in laundry, textiles, hard surface cleaning, paints, carpet cleaning, hand dishwashing, and institutional and industrial cleaning applications. The product is kosher-certified.

STEPANTEX® DC 90 is a diester fabric softener quaternary that offers commendable softening, antistatic, and rewetting properties. As a liquid cationic surfactant, it is particularly well-suited for creating formulations of fabric softeners intended for both household and industrial use. It falls within the chemical group of dialkyl quaternary esters and functions as a textile antistatic agent. Notably, this product is kosher-certified, can be cold-mixed, and does not necessitate heating during the formulation process.

STEPANQUAT® 2125M-P40 is a blend of two quaternary surfactants, serving purposes such as deodorization, odor control, and general surfactant properties within the context of hard surface cleaning. Its chemical group is linked to quaternary compounds, and the product holds kosher certification.

Dehypound® Advanced is a 1% active (RTU) product in water that can outperform the performance of all-purpose cleaners commercially available. There is no need for any solvent or builder, as it performs well on its own. However, performance decreases when glycol ether solvents are used, so they should be avoided. The surfactant is mild for plastics. It is a non-ionic synergistic blend that is peroxide stable and ideal for carpet spot cleaners. It is listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.

Staticide® Mat & Table Top Cleaner is a multi-purpose rejuvenating cleaner that is designed for maintaining the surface resistivity of ESD mats. It is the ideal cleaner for areas in which static-sensitive devices are assembled, tested, and handled and can also be used in areas that require a mild but effective cleaner. DeVere Chemical WOW All Purpose Cleaner (WOW) is a concentrated, all-purpose cleaner for demanding cleaning jobs on all washable hard surfaces. Our alkaline-based all-purpose cleaner is safe to use on most floors and is one of the few products that removes black heel marks. WOW may also be used as a flatware presoak, laundry presoak, and can be used in fuel island windshield wash buckets. Additionally, this product contains special additives that are designed to penetrate deep into compacted chips and swarf, and render the machine bacteria and fungus neutral. Vulclean FC-5111 is an economical, low alkalinity, general maintenance cleaner specially designed without using strong alkalies, phosphates or objectionable solvents. Vulclean FC-5111 is recommended for use in mechanical floor scrubbing, hand wipe, steam gun, and pressure washer applications.

DeVere Chemical Pure Clean (PURE) is an environmentally-friendly, sustainable cleaner for all washable hard surfaces, including mirrors and glass. It combines hydrogen peroxide and powerful surfactants to quickly penetrate soils and neutralize odors. It is an excellent tile and grout cleaner and meets or exceeds the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency DfE standards and other published "Green" standards. DeVere Chemical QDII Sanitizer (QDII) is a concentrated disinfectant, sanitizer, deodorizer, mildew-stat, and virucide, all in one. QDII is EPA registered as a food-contact sanitizer and a general-purpose hard and soft surface sanitizer. Our concentrated sanitizer will kill most viruses and bacteria, including Human Coronavirus, Avian Influenza A, H1N1 (“Swine Flu”), Hepatitis B, HIV-1, MRSA, Norovirus, Herpes (types 1 and 2), and Hong Kong Virus (Influenza A2). This 10% active, 4th-generation quaternary ammonium chloride is labeled for use in laundry machines and acts as a fabric softener.

Disinfexol® Hospital-Grade HOCl Cleaner and Disinfectant is a ready-to-use cleaner and disinfectant. The active ingredient in Disinfexol is Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), the most effective species of chlorine. Studies show HOCl has up to 100x the disinfecting power of bleach. It has a light swimming pool scent and is the same ingredient commonly used in wound, eye & veterinary care products because it’s so gentle and effective. It is made with 99.935% reverse osmosis water. HOCl, the most effective disinfectant available, comprises the remaining .065%.

DeVere Chemical Liquid Cleaner (LC) is a concentrated, pH-neutral cleaner for washable hard surfaces and all types of floors. It will not dull floor finishes even when used on a daily basis and is excellent for hand washing automobiles as it contains no harsh chemicals. LC is free-rinsing, leaves no film, and has a pleasant scent. It may even be used as a fruit and vegetable wash.

Citronella Oil is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves of Cymbopogon nardus.
