It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®ACE20 is a modified Zinc phosphate designed to be non toxic for the environment. As it contains more than 90% of PZ20, the replacement of Zinc phosphate by Novinox®ACE20 in formulations is straightforward. Like PZ20, Novinox®ACE20 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.

Novinox®PAM is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAM has been developed to be an alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings. It is compatible with PU systems. This is a good alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings applied on the Galvalume substrate.

Novinox®XCA02 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment designed for coil coatings. It is a stable and easily dispersed white powder with a low tinting strength. Novinox®XCA02 has been developed as a non toxic and eco-friendly alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings. Compatible with PU and PE/melamine systems, Novinox®XCA02 gives excellent anticorrosive performance in coil coatings applied to HDGS, ZAM and CRS. Novinox®XCA02 may be used alone or in association with a phosphate based pigment such as ZINC PHOSPHATE PZ20, Novinox®PAT15 or Novinox®ACE20.

Habicor® ZC is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment. Chemical Structure is Modified zinc calcium phosphate.

NiCHEM No. 2Y Basic Lead Silico Chromate is an excellent corrosion inhibitor that is easy dispersing basic silicon lead chromate and extremely stable. It is used in metal protective coatings and is specified for use in metal primers and finishes by state transportation departments and federal agencies. It has excellent color permanency and may be used in a variety of anti-corrosive finishes.

Novinox®PPS10 is a Zinc Strontium Calcium phosphosilicate designed to offer a better protection against corrosion than standard Zinc phosphate. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PPS10 has been specially formulated to take advantage of the synergetic actions of each components of the pigment. Novinox®PPS10 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.

The KRONPHOS PZM brand product is a basic zinc molybdenum orthophosphate hydrate. Differs in the increased impedance to current of corrosion, both anionic, and cationic properties. Contains at least 1.2% molybdate ion.

Pigmentan PIGMENTAN 465M-FG is a premium environmentally friendly anticorrosive pigment. Suitable for thin film solvent based primers. Excellent cost effectiveness and performance.PIGMENTAN 465M-FG is useful both for low film weights, and for easier dispersion of the anti-corrosive pigment into the paint system.
