WPC Technologies Strontium Chromate 177, with the chemical formula of SrCr04, is a low dust and very low oil absorption corrosion inhibitor pigment. It is recommended for high solids primer formulations. It is characterized by a unique high apparent bulk density and is widely used in aerospace primers for aluminum protection.

Habicor® Paste 21 chemical structure is strontium chromate (SrCrO4) in solvent naphtha light.

Juraperle 15 is a coarse calcium carbonate powder designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paper, paperboard, paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle 15 is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor and a loose bulk density of 0.75 g/cm3.

Wayncor™ 213 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment is a general purpose corrosion inhibitive pigment which demonstrates good stability and corrosion resistance in a wide variety of systems. Typical use level is between 3 – 7% total formula weight.

Habicor® ZP 3850 is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment, Chemical Structure is Zinc phosphate tetrahydrate.

Wayncor™ 226 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment is a premium multi-component corrosion inhibitor pigment that comprises distinctly different inhibitive species to provide a high degree of corrosion protection on ferrous substrates. Although versatile it is highly recommended for water based acrylic primers where a high degree of corrosion resistance is required. Typical use level is between 3 – 7% total formula weight.

NiCHEM No. 3 Strontium Chromate is a corrosion inhibiting pigment for use in solvent and water based primer systems.

Wayncor™ 205 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment is an anti corrosion pigment that utilizes a calcium ion exchange mechanism to inhibit the corrosion process. Its near neutral pH allows it to be used in a wide variety of formulas without a negative impact on paint stability. The fine Hegman grind (6.5 minimum) permits its use in thin film applications (4 – 10 microns) such as coil coatings and in more traditional industrial applications where the dry film thickness is higher. This fine Hegman value also allows the product to be high speed dispersed. The Wayncor™ 205 mechanism works well on both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. Wayncor™ 205 can be used as the sole corrosion inhibitor or synergistically with other inhibitive technologies.

The Fine Zinc Powder FH 400 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

Wayncor™ 214 - Calcium Borosilicate is an effective corrosion inhibitive pigment designed for alkyds and other solvent based systems. Typical use level is 3 – 7% total formula weight.

Novinox®PZ02 is an organically modified basic Zinc phosphate developed to be more reactive than standard Zinc phosphate in PU and alkyd systems. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. The organic activator provides a higher solubility of the pigment in the initial stages of corrosion leading to a higher reactivity and protection.

Calcit HydroPlex 90/78 is a natural, wet ground calcium carbonate. With its regular particle distribution, it contributes to a better rheology and thus to a higher dry matter of the coating mixture. It is used as a coating pigment in the production of paper and board, improving their smoothness, glossiness and printability.

Kronphos CP is an inorganic white pigment; it is used in paintwork products to enhances anti-corrosion properties and adhesion strength. Thanks to the lamellar structure of the pigment particles, the barrier-layer effect of the coating is enhanced on the anodic area.

Juraperle 1-2 is a fine calcium carbonate granule designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle 1-2 has an appearance similar to sand or gravel, a characteristic odor, and a grain size of 1.0-2.0.

Habicor® SI is a Silicate and phosphosilicate based anticorrosive pigment, Chemical Structure is Calcium-ion exchanged silica pigment.

Ulmer Weiss XM is a fine calcium carbonate powder with a yellow index of 7.6 that is designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paper, paperboard, paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, detergents, rubber, and polishing mixtures. Ulmer Weiss XM is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor.

Ulmer Weiss 150/300H is a coarse calcium carbonate powder designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paper, paperboard, paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Ulmer Weiss 150/300H is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor and a loose bulk density of 1.2 g/cm3.

Ulmer Weiss 8-16 is a fine calcium carbonate granulate designed for use as a filler, pigment, mixing agent, or raw material in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, dyes, pigments, and polishing mixtures. Ulmer Weiss 8-16 is similar to sand or gravel in appearance with a characteristic odor and grain size of 8.0-16.0. This product does not flash and is non flammable.

Juraperle BM is a coarse calcium carbonate powder designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paper, paperboard, paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle BM is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor and a loose bulk density of 0.61 g/cm3.

Wayncor™ 211 is an anti-corrosion inhibitive pigment that is very effective in solvent and water based epoxy primers. It does not affect the pot life of 2K systems. It can also be used alone or as a synergist with Zinc Phosphate. Typical use level is between 3 – 7 % total formula weight.

Habicor® ZP 3860 is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment, Chemical Structure is Zinc phosphate dihydrate.

NiCHEM No. 6 Barium Chromate is low salt and meets Military specification MIL-B550A Grade A.

Novinox®ACE110 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment designed for coil coatings. It is a stable and easily dispersed white powder with a low tinting strength. Novinox®ACE110 has been developed as a non toxic and eco-friendly alternative to Strontium chromate for coil coatings. Compatible with PU and PE/melamine systems, Novinox®ACE110 gives excellent anticorrosive performance in coil coatings applied to HDGS, ZAM and CRS.

Juraperle LMO is a coarse calcium carbonate powder designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, detergents, rubber, paper, paperboard, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle LMO is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor and a loose bulk density of 1.3 g/cm3.

Novinox®PC01 is a Calcium phosphate used as an anticorrosion inhibiting pigment in DYI coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PC01 may be used in formulations for Environmentally-friendly coatings.

Habicor® Paste 3 chemical structure is barium chromate (BaCrO4) in xylene.

Juraperle 0,2-0,6 is a coarse calcium carbonate powder designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle 0.2-0.6 is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor.

Hybricor™ 204S - Hybrid Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is a pigment grade Hybrid corrosion inhibitor, effective in primer applications intended for cast and structural aluminum protection. It can easily be incorporated into the coating using a high speed disperser. Hybricor™ 204S has a particle size of 7 Hegman which permits its use in both primer and DTM applications.

The Fine Zinc Powder 4P/32 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

SODASIL® P95 is a Amorphous aluminum and sodium silicate obtained by precipitation in an aqueous medium.

NiCHEM No. 5 Magnesium Chromate is a partially soluble, rhombic, yellow, crystalline pigment offering oustanding corrosion resistance for epoxy, polyurethane and polysulfide systems. It has good chrome release on contact with water permitting the deposition of a molecular protective film on the substrate.

Pigmentan PIGMENTAN EMX is a low cost, high performance, environmentally friendly, direct (1:1) substitute for basic Zinc Phosphate. It is suitable for use in primers for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Pigmentan MX is non toxic and contains no Zinc, Chrome, or other heavy metals, and does not require hazardous labeling.

Novinox®PAS is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAS is suitable for a wide range of resins, both solvent and water based systems. Novinox®PAS is also an excellent alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings.

SNCZ Zinc Phosphate PZ20 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Thanks to its low solubility, Zinc phosphate PZ20 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.

Novinox®PAT15 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment developed to formulate chrome free coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAT15 is compatible with PU and PE/melamine systems designed for coil coatings. Novinox®PAT15 is usually used in association with Novinox®XCA02.

The Fine Zinc Powder LARVIK SUPER EXTRA grade is highly recommended for organic or inorganic paints.
