Hubei Hongxin Chemical OB-1 For PE is an excellent thermal stability and weather resistance. It has good dispersion and good compatibility with additives in plastics.

The main component of the white masterbatch is 70% titanium dioxide + resin + additives. Titanium dioxide is widely used in coatings, plastics and paper industries due to its strong hiding power, tinting power, high refractive index, dispersion and stability.

Polytec Masterbatch PT-110250 is a white masterbatch with concentration of up to 80% TiO2 based on carrier resin PE plastics and low titanium concentrations. It is used in applications such as Film, Extrusion, injection processes etc.

Hubei Hongxin Chemical OB-1 Yellow can be used for the whitening and brightening of polyester fiber, nylon fiber and other chemical fibers. It is suitable for PP, rigid PVC, ABS, PA, PS, PC, PBT and EVA. It is suitable for adding into the whitening agent concentrated masterbatch, and recycled polyester fiber easte, bottle material and chips.

Astra Polymers Color-MB/Beige is used under automotive, consumers, packaging, electrical, appliances, construction, agriculture.

KRITILEN® PPA932P is a black masterbatch containing 30% P type carbon black on a special PP carrier. It also contains a selected package of antioxidants in its recipe, which protect the end application polymer from thermal degradation during processing and end use. BLACK PPA932P offers anti-split properties to the end product. Due to its low particle size carbon black, it imparts better UV resistance to strap.

Liwang Chemical Nantong Organic pigment Permanent Yellow GR are used in Water-based ink.

Dongguan Baoxu Chemical Technology Ltd Pigment Yellow 138 is an industry standard as most green shade and brilliant yellow pigment with good hiding power,organic solvent resistance.

Universal Colorant Company Super Black has 50% of carbon black content in its composition that makes it suitable for use as the black pigment in many plastic applications. The masterbatch is available in industry according to different requirements of the clients including UV protection, conductivity, jetness, etc in the end products. This type of masterbatch is mostly preferred due to its high surface area that further increases with the decrease in the particle size. We have varieties of black masterbatches that have particle size ranging from 10 to 120 nm. Shenzhen Xinghua Pigment Masterbatch Solvent Blue 35 is blue colored anthraquinone dye by Shenzhen Xinghua Pigment Masterbatch. It offers very good light fastness, high heat resistance and very good migration fastness. Solvent Blue 35 is designed for use in PS, SAN, hard PVC, AS, ABS, PMMA and PET. It can be used in PBT, PC, PA 6 and PA 66.

During our initial development of Pennacle®, a palette of pigments and dyes were established that had little to no effect on the rate of crystallization of PET. From this, a series of industry standard colors were developed and sent to an outside lab for analysis. Free Blow experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of Pennacle® on Natural PET resin. In two stages preforms were molded, then conditioned and free blown to evaluate blow parameters and physical properties. The results of these experiments are listed below. This palette is the basis for all Pennacle® color matches made today in PET.

Shenzhen Xinghua Pigment Masterbatch Solvent Blue 78 is blue colored anthraquinone dye by Shenzhen Xinghua Pigment Masterbatch. Dongguan Baoxu Chemical Technology Ltd Pigment Red 122 is an all-round pink, it belongs to Quinacridone chemistry, application covers all kinds of polymer. Comparable with Clariant Pink E.
