It has a light fastness woolscale of 7 and needs to be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on the moisture content. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function HTC UV A WT3057-09 is a blue woolscale 8 light fastness colorant with a dosage of 3.0% extrusion and 3.0% injection molding. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, and is suitable for use in High Temperature Copolyester. This colorant is typically used in various applications, and should be pre-dried at 90°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 4-6 hours. The recommended processing injection molding temperature is melt temperature 260-280°C and mold temperature 40-65°C. Additionally, the thermal stability of the colorant should not exceed 280°C.
