MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function POM LE UV GY5011-18 is a gray colorant, similar to RAL 7021, composed of a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer and a light stabilizer filler/additive system. It has low emission, UV stabilization, is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, has high additive content, high dispersibility, and is dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA A RD3104-10 is a red colorant used for injection molding and extrusion applications with a base polymer of Polyamide 6. It is similar to RAL 3003 and RAL 3011, with a dosage of 2% depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, is dust-free with a high additive content and high dispersibility. This colorant is suitable for use in building and construction, furniture and injection molded, extruded and blow molded parts. It must be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A BL935-3548/LM is a blue colorant with a light fastness blue woolscale 7. It is a polycarbonate colorant, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and with high dispersibility and high additive content. It is used in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts. The melt temperature for injection molding is 270-310°C and the mold temperature is 80-110°C. It has a thermal stability colorant of 350°C max.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function POM LE BK1226-18 is a polyoxymethylene copolymer black colorant similar to RAL 9011. It is used in injection molding and extrusion with a dosage of 2.0-4.0%, depending on the wall thickness and the required color intensity for the application and operational area. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS FC WT1168-18 is a 1% dosage of extrusion and 1% injection molding, with a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer and a filler/additive system of 70% special filler. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A BK5002-16 is a black colorant, similar to RAL 9005, for use in polycarbonate with a dosage of 2.0% extrusion and 2.0% injection molding depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It has a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8 and pre-drying conditions in a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-3 h depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, is dust-free, has high dispersibility and high additive content. It can be used for injection molded parts, blow molded parts and extruded parts, and has a thermal stability colorant of 300°C max. It also has a base polymer of polycarbonate.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA A BL3095-12 is a blue Polyamide colorant for use in injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has a high dispersibility and additive content. The dosage for extrusion is 3.0% and for injection molding is 3.0%, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It has a light fastness of blue woolscale 8 and should be stored in a dry place, away from light, and not above 30°C.

For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 250-270°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.
