Vinkocide® CMIB-WK is a formulation containing a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (CMIT/MIT) with Bronopol. This solution, with an increased level of Bronopol, effectively penetrates microorganism cells, preventing microbial adaptation by inactivating vital substrates and enzymes. It offers a rapid mode of action and demonstrates a broad antimicrobial spectrum, particularly effective against Pseudomonas species. Free of VOCs and organic solvents, it's suitable for use in aqueous systems.
