ACAPULCO BLUE Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams) is a color reference specially formulated for the coloration of flexible, rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. It is based on organic pigments dispersed in carriers. This shade, and our other color dispersions, are fully compatible with both polyester and polyether polyurethane foams. Addition rates range between 0,1% to 5% on polyol, depending on the desired shade. The illustration simulates shade and colour intensity at a concentration of 2%, at 40 Kg/m3 density. SENZAA TAN is a scavenger designed to minimize the presence of aldehydes, particularly addressing odors associated with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, as well as VOC/fog emissions in polyurethane (PU) components. Its applications are particularly beneficial for automotive interior trim and furniture. This product is recommended for use with PU ether, PU ester, and PU integral skin foams. It is especially effective in conjunction with colors and is particularly useful in scenarios where very low emission levels are required. SENZAA TAN can be incorporated as a component in the polyol formulation or introduced separately and directly into the mixing head during the manufacturing process.
