DeMUL 175 is a clear amber liquid that is derived from renewable raw materials. It is a novel multifunctional anionic emulsifier, dispersing agent, and wetting agent. Its pH value of 5.5 in a 5% solution and flash point greater than 110°C make it safe to handle and use. DeMUL 175 has a maximum water content of 70% (K.F) and is soluble in water and most polar and aromatic solvents. Also the product is tolerant to mildly alkaline solutions at ambient temperatures, but tends to hydrolyse in acidic solutions.
