IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

AFCONA 6230 is a wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based systems. It also helps improve color acceptance in these systems.

Casiflux A 5000 is a white wollastonite (calcium silicate) powder that is used in glazes and ceramic bodies. It is used as a filler for paints, plastics, welding electrodes, metallurgical powders, cement fiber boards, calcium silicate boards and bricks, and low temperature refractories.

AFCONA 4599 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant with strong viscosity reduction properties, specifically designed for use in water-based industrial paints. It is a wetting and dispersing agent that enables organic, inorganic pigments, and carbon blacks to be more easily dispersed and remain more stable in the paint.

DeCAL 1000 is a synthetic alkali swellable , solvent free and liquid thickener for water borne systems. It is highly effective to increase low shear viscosities as well as yield values. Levels of use can thus be significantly reduced in replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners by DeCAL 1000.

This product is especially effective in applications where high-performance is required, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries. Its unique properties enable it to improve adhesion, reduce surface tension, and enhance the mechanical properties of coatings and adhesives.

DeCAL 1005 is a hydrophobically modified synthetic alkali-swellable, solvent-free, and liquid thickener for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in increasing low shear viscosities as well as yield values. As a result, levels of use can be significantly reduced when replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners with DeCAL 1005.

With its superior thermal stability, this product can also withstand high temperatures, making it ideal for use in extreme conditions. Additionally, ACCESS® SFR MOH 10,000 provides excellent surface wetting properties, enhancing the spreadability of formulations.

Mistron® 105 Compacted is a functional additive with high purity that is particularly suitable for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. This additive enhances the mechanical properties of these products and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties, thereby improving their corrosion resistance. Comprised primarily of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite, the product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

DeMUL 175 is a clear amber liquid that is derived from renewable raw materials. It is a novel multifunctional anionic emulsifier, dispersing agent, and wetting agent. Its pH value of 5.5 in a 5% solution and flash point greater than 110°C make it safe to handle and use. DeMUL 175 has a maximum water content of 70% (K.F) and is soluble in water and most polar and aromatic solvents. Its excellent solubility properties make it easy to incorporate into various formulations.

DeMUL 175

DeMUL 229 is a nonionic emulsifier, improving shear, temperature and electrolyte stability of polymer dispersions. DeMUL 229 can also be used during the premixing phase in the production of waterborne emulsion paints, acting as a process aid and reducing grind time by faster deagglomeration of TiO2 and fillers.

DeMUL T60 is a clear liquid highly effective surfactant based multifunction emulsifier and dispersing agent. DeMUL T60 is used for the preparation of aqueous pigment/filler dispersions in a variety of market sectors including paints, coatings, construction, agrochemical, textile and rubber industries. DeMUL T60 allows the formulation of stable, free flowing preparations with high solid contents and with low viscosities.

DeMUL 020 is a colourless liquid with a tendency to separate, consisting of isotridecyl polyethylene glycol ether with 2 moles ethylene oxide. It is highly compatible with a range of formulations and can improve the stability and performance of emulsifiable concentrates, microemulsions, concentrated emulsions, and oil dispersions.

DeMUL is a clear, colourless liquid that serves as an emulsifier for emulsifiable concentrates, microemulsions, concentrated emulsions, and oil dispersions. It has a saponification number of approximately 128, an acid number of maximum 1, and an iodine number of approximately 60 gI/100g.

DeMUL 040 is an amber viscous liquid composed of ethoxylated vegetable oils. It has a pH range of 4.5 to 8.5 and a slight odor. Its hydroxyl value is 78.5, and its cloud point is between 61 and 64 °C. DeMUL 040 is an effective emulsifier and is suitable for use in aqueous systems based on emulsions and aqueous resins.

DeMUL 070 is a yellow clear liquid that is a highly compatible emulsifier for both aqueous and non-aqueous systems. Note that its solubility decreases with increased paraffin levels in the mineral oil. DeMUL 070 also is used in conjunction with other non-ionic/anionic components to improve emulsion stability and dispersity.
