DiTech AntiStat Fabric Softener A is a diester quaternary ammonium salt is a new generation esterquats for fabric softening. The high efficiency chemistry can be used as the core fabric softening active ingredient or as a booster for conventional formulations to improve storage stability and softness.

DiTech AntiStat Fabric Softener C is a diamidoethyl (hydroxyethyl) ammonium methosulfate quaternary in a propylene glycol solvent. DiTech AntiStat Fabric Softener C is notably good in its re-wet properties for fabrics compared to most other fabric softener concentrates, dramatically reducing the tendencies for œwaterproofing fabrics at higher softener dosage levels, a common problem with many other softeners currently in the market. STEPANTEX® VT-90 is a diester fabric softener quaternary, providing excellent softening, cold water dispersibility, and good rewetting properties. ZELEC® A081 is an alcohol phosphate that can be used to help decrease the viscosity of high-pressure compounds. It can also be used to reduce and stabilize viscosity and act as a color stabilizer in rubber. It also plays the role of a lubricant additive for plastic materials and provides antistatic properties in fiber lubricating oils. It can also be used as a spreading agent for oils and waxes and as an internal demolding agent for molding plastic and pultrusion. WACKER® Elastomer 80 N is a hydroxy-functional polydimethyl siloxane polymer. It is a colorless liquid that is not miscible with water. TEGOTEX® UV 5050 is an organo-modified polydimethylsiloxane designed for UV protection and textile finishing. It is easy to dilute in softener formulations and offers protection against sunlight-induced color fading. TEGOTEX® UV 5050 is compatible and easy to formulate at room temperature, providing maximal UV protection with good stability in emulsions.

TEGOTEX® CS 0182 is a cationic softener composed of amidoamine ethoxyquat and based on a combination of vegetable and synthetic raw materials. Its advantages include providing yarn or fabric with a fluffy and bulky hand feeling, strong substantivity with easy adsorption in fabrics, antistatic properties, medium rewetting capabilities, low yellowing, cold-water dispersibility, and compatibility with nonionic, cationic, and amphiprotic surfactants while being incompatible with anionic surfactants.

REWOQUAT® WE 15 DPG is di-(nor-oleyl carboxyethyl) hydroxyethyl methylammonium methosulfate and can be applied to textiles alone or in combination with other compatible finishing products. It is used for the handling and finishing of textiles made from various fibers, including cellulosic, synthetic, wool, and their blends, as well as a hydrophilic softener for non-wovens.

WACKER® Finish CT 95 E is a non-ionic micro-emulsion of an amino-functional silicone fluid. It is specifically recommended as a softener for impregnating fibers and textiles, providing a soft, smooth, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. This product is particularly effective as a softening agent for woolen goods and PES knitware, making it the ideal choice for enhancing the texture of such materials.

WETSOFT® CTA is a self-dispersible aminofunctional silicone fluid with polyether groups. It can be applied alone in diluted form or blended with organic softeners to impart hydrophilic properties to fibers and textiles. However, a compatibility test is recommended before mixing with organic softeners.

In addition to softness, WACKER® Finish WR 1200 also enhances the wash-and-wear properties, crease recovery angle, sewability, tear strength, and abrasion loss of the treated fabrics. WACKER® AF 2340 is an economical, general-purpose microemulsion with a 40% concentration. It is made with AF 23, a high-molecular-weight amino fluid that undergoes normal yellowing. WACKER® AF 2340 is specifically designed as a softener for impregnating fibers and textiles. It provides a very soft, smooth, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics.

WACKER® Finish WR 1300 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. When used in a softener formulation, it has minimal impact on the degree of whiteness. Additionally, it does not adversely affect the shade or color-fastness properties of colored goods. In formulations for fill fiber finish applications, WACKER® Finish WR 1300 provides excellent slickness and resilience to the fibers.

WACKER® AF 2170 is a highly concentrated modified amino silicone with a 70% active content that can be diluted with water. JETSOFT® Concentrate is a self-dispersing aminofunctional silicone fluid that can be diluted with water. It is specifically designed to be used as an active substance in softener formulations for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. By using JETSOFT® Concentrate, woven and knitted fabrics gain a characteristic, soft, and natural hand with low surface smoothness.

POWERSOFT® UP 68 is a nonionic macro-emulsion concentrate of a reactively modified aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed for non-yellowing and medium hydrophilic textile finishing applications. POWERSOFT® UP 68 is especially suitable for softener formulations used in the impregnation of fibers and textiles. It provides a soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics.

WACKER® IM 11 is a polydimethylsiloxane having carbinol functional groups in α,ω-position. WACKER® IM 11 can be used neat, in a solution, or as an emulsion. Suitable solvents for WACKER® IM 11 are aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, higher alcohols, and ketones.
