ELASTOSIL® M silicone rubber has been the ideal solution for the production of molds that are highly elastic and have excellent release properties and optimum durability. These invaluable processing properties make ELASTOSIL® M indispensable, to both industrial and artisan mold makers.

ELASTOSIL® M

SILFAR® is the name of WACKER’s range of silicone-based products specifically intended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for use in fermentation and other biotech processes. SILFAR® products feature outstanding chemical resistance. They are not resorbed in the digestive tract, and are therefore not metabolized. They are colorless and odorless.

WACKER’s CAVAQ10® is a highly bioavailable coenzyme Q10 powder. This fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance is a known antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 has been associated with improved cardiovascular health and supporting optimum fuctioning of the cardiac muscle. However, many commercial products do not offer adequate bioavailability. WACKER’s cyclodextrin-encapsulated CAVAQ10® powder, by contrast, has an 18-fold higher bioavailability compared to other CoQ10 products.

CAVACURMIN® is a highly bioavailable curcumin complex that is around 40 times more efficiently absorbed than standard turmeric extract. The complexation with the naturally occurring oligasaccharide gamma-cyclodextrin results in a free-flowing, easily dispersible powder.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4000/60 is a two-component, high consistency silicone rubber designed for the production of molded articles. Once cured, these articles exhibit exceptional tear resistance and high transparency. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates impressive elongation values and maintains excellent tear resistance. The addition cure process enables a significantly faster vulcanization reaction compared to peroxide curing materials. Furthermore, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4000/60

WACKER® AK 150 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 150,000 mm²/s. It is enriched with a special heat stabilizer that shields the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 150 000 STAB is especially well-suited for applications involving high temperatures and/or shear stress. It is a non-polar liquid with a low solidification point and exhibits good dielectric properties.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste FL Yellow RAL 1021 is a ready-to-use masterbatch that contains specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers. It is commonly used for producing ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This color paste enables homogeneous covulcanization without significantly affecting the physical properties, such as hardness, and without the risk of migration often seen in systems based on silicone oil.

WACKER® E 677 is a 60% silicone emulsion specifically formulated to create a long-lasting water repellent film. When applied to vinyl, metal, plastic, or fiberglass surfaces, it provides a good gloss. This silicone emulsion is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

LIOSIL® TS 80 E is a specially developed macroemulsion of a functional silicone fluid designed as a softener for the tissue industry. It provides an excellent soft touch along with very good hydrophilicity. This product can be easily diluted with water and exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3671/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® 3671 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time and good mechanical and electrical properties. The vulcanizates of this product are known for their self-adhesive properties to various substrates as well as their low coefficient of friction.

WACKER® E60 350 is a 60% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane using a nonionic surfactant system. It has been designed for use in many applications, including automotive care, polishes, industrial release, and textile lubricants. It has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

WACKER® 50550/8 VP is a waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane known for its hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to different substrates. Primarily utilized in the polish sector, this product is particularly recommended for car polishes and paint conditioners. Its high substantivity ensures that the treated paint surface remains highly resistant to detergents and weathering over extended periods of time, providing long-lasting protection.

WACKER® Elastomer 350 N is a colorless liquid polymer of hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane. It is a versatile product designed for various applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, textile softeners, and mold-making products. WACKER® Fluid NH 130 D is a highly pure, difunctional silicone fluid with a 3-aminopropyl termination. It is a polymerizing substance that can be used as a raw material or additive for the synthesis of copolymers through polyaddition or polycondensation reactions.

WACKER® E2015 is a 60% silicone emulsion that has been designed for use in polish applications for vinyl and rubber surfaces. It can be easily formulated into a vinyl protectant or tire dressing formulation by the simple addition of water and preservative as needed. WACKER® E2015 will form a durable, shiny, water-repellent film that is resistant to water and detergent washings. This product has been especially designed to exhibit good shine and durability under wet weather conditions and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

WACKER® E210 is a specially formulated emulsion of an organofunctional silicone blend developed for release in molding operations. WACKER® E210 offers cost savings to the end user by providing more effective performance at lower usage levels, decreasing the number of rejected parts, or enhancing the life of the end product.

It is primarily designed for use in applications for mold release, furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 100 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.
