IAM MultiFunctional is a synthetic magnesium silicate adsorbent designed for deep purification of polyols which are generally used in the production of urethane polymers. Purification of polyols by adsorption using synthetic magnesium silicate is widely recognized as the most effective way to produce high quality polyols. Synthetic magnesium silicate is an amorphous material with high pore volume and active surface area. Due to the unique structure and surface chemistry, IAM MultiFunctional can selectively and very efficiently remove alkali metal catalysts, as well as other polar compounds from various polyols and surfactants. High adsorptivity and excellent filtration characteristics permit these adsorbents to be easily used in industrial conditions.

DiTech AntiStat Fabric Softener C is a diamidoethyl (hydroxyethyl) ammonium methosulfate quaternary in a propylene glycol solvent. It has low volatile organic carbons and is produced from natural/vegetable-based soybean oil sources, thus making it ideal for use in consumer and I&I green-renewable formulations. It is used in finishing and drying process of textiles because it reduces the effects of exposure of ozone from the atmosphere. DiTech AntiStat Fabric Softener C is dispersible in warm water (>35°C), and with its easy-to-handle high solids, low odor and no solvent smell it provides excellent softening while imparting anti-static properties to fabrics. It gives a low degree of yellowing to fabric even at higher drying temperatures. DiTech AntiStat Fabric Softener C is notably good in its re-wet properties for fabrics compared to most other fabric softener concentrates, dramatically reducing the tendencies for œwaterproofing fabrics at higher softener dosage levels, a common problem with many other softeners currently in the market. ZELEC® NE is a neutralized alcohol phosphate used in the pultrusion manufacturing process and is a highly effective antistatic for textiles, plastics, and films. ANTISTATIC ADDITIVES is a medium polarity ionic liquid specifically tailored to improve conductivity properties of microcellular PU and TPU shoe soles, PU composite, PU coatings and C.A.S.E. applications. HP-A TAN shows a very good compatibility with polyether and polyester polyols. In footwear applications, including the light density PU soles, HP-A TAN is tailored to meet the strict and challenging requirement of ESD safety standard (electrical resistance maximum 35 mega Ohm). Important application for HP-A TAN are PU cast elastomers and PU composites for electronics parts where the market requires very low levels of electrical resistance combined with high levels of hardness. Using the HP-A TAN, customers are able to minimize the antistatic loading and consequently the hardness decreasing effect.

Accoquat® 622-90 is a diamidoethyl (hydroxyethyl) ammonium methosulfate quaternary in an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) solvent. It has low volatile organic carbons and is produced from natural/vegetable-based soybean oil sources, thus making it ideal for use in consumer and I&I green-renewable formulations. It is used in finishing and drying process of textiles because it reduces the effects of exposure of ozone from the atmosphere. Accoquat 622-90 is dispersible in warm water (>35°C), and with its easy-to-handle high solids, low odor and no solvent smell it provides excellent softening while imparting anti-static properties to fabrics. It gives a low degree of yellowing to fabric even at higher drying temperatures. Accoquat 622-90 is notably good in its re-wet properties for fabrics compared to most other fabric softener concentrates, dramatically reducing the tendencies for “waterproofing” fabrics at higher softener dosage levels, a common problem with many other softeners/debonders currently in the market.
