Lubfluid Multifunctional A is a fatty alcohol poly-glycol ether, based on LIALCHEM 25/75 and propylene oxide.

STEPAN® MWA-260 is a biodegradable, nonionic surfactant that exhibits low foaming properties and excellent wetting action. It resists foam development even under extreme or prolonged agitation and is non-foaming above 25°c. It can be used as an emulsifier and lubricant in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. And can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers.

STEPAN® MWA-262 is a polyalkylene glycol that can be used as an emulsifier and lubricant in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. This nonionic surfactant can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers.

STEPAN® MWA-310 is a phosphate ester and can be used as an emulsifier and extreme pressure agent in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. It can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in oil, yielding very low surface tension and cmc values. It can improve corrosion inhibition and also provide protection for aluminum.

STEPAN® MWA-257 is stable in both acidic and alkaline solutions and can be used as an emulsifier and lubricant in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. This highly active nonionic surfactant can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. This alcohol ethoxylate is soluble in naphthenic and paraffinic oils.

STEPAN® MWA-501 is a methyl ester that can be used as either a solvent or a cosolvent in metalworking, die casting, and metal forming processes. It provides excellent film-forming properties and lubricity in straight oil, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic metalworking fluids. It is a non-staining product and has shown excellent results in metal-forming fluids as well as metal removal operations.

STEPAN® MWA-253 is a highly active nonionic surfactant that is stable in both acidic and alkaline solutions and can be used as an emulsifier and lubricant in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. This alcohol ethoxylate can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It is also soluble in naphthenic and paraffinic oils.

It can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in oil, yielding very low surface tension and cmc values.

STEPAN® MWA-237 is a nonionic surfactant for use in metalworking applications. It can be used as an emulsifier and a coupling agent, alone or in combination with other surfactants. This alcohol ethoxylate can enable improved performance in metal cleaning in metalworking applications and can be used to efficiently remove oil residue from metal surfaces.

STEPAN® MWA-261 is a nonionic surfactant designed for low-foaming and defoaming applications. It can also be used functionally as a dispersant and wetting agent and is soluble in ethanol, isopropanol, methanol, toluene, xylene, and perchloroethylene solvents. It can be used as an emulsifier and lubricant in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids and as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers.

STEPAN® MWA-390 is an alcohol phosphate, functioning as a low-foaming emulsifier. Its application extends to synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It falls within the category of surfactants and has a presence in the industrial products market.

STEPAN® MWA-450 is a dea amide used as an emulsifier in soluble oils and synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. It can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It can also help tighten emulsions, improve rust prevention, and provide lubricity. It should be considered a component for soluble oils where sodium sulfonates are not used.

T-Mulz® 565 is a blended anionic surfactant that is designed primarily for use in emulsifier systems for agricultural and industrial formulations. The chemical properties of this product are similar to T-Mulz® 598, except that it is more hydrophilic. It is compatible with both anionic and nonionic surfactants.

T-Mulz® 565-2 is a blended anionic surfactant designed primarily for making emulsifier systems for agricultural, latex, and industrial formulations. It provides coupling ability, emulsification power, and rapid wetting to the formulation. As supplied, it is a free acid and will react readily with basic compounds.

T-Mulz® 596 is a complex, ester-free organic phosphate acid that is recommended for use in areas of emulsion polymerization. This product is compatible with anionic and nonionic surfactants but should not be mixed with concentrated oxidizing or reducing agents, as the mixture of these compounds with organic compounds forms a potentially explosive mixture.

T-Mulz® A 181-4.5 PE is a complex organic phosphate ester that is compatible with anionic and nonionic surfactants. It is highly effective as a lubricant, wetting agent, corrosion inhibitor, dispersant or emulsifier and is often used in lubrication oils, polishing fluids and cutting fluids.

T-Mulz® Z 900 is a modified aliphatic amine and a clear to light yellow-colored, low-viscosity epoxy curing additive. The incorporation of T-Mulz® Z 900 into epoxy systems allows for less critical mix ratios and excellent solvent resistance. It can be used across a wide range of applications, including tooling compounds, laminates, automotive body patching compounds, and metal and plastic adhesives.

T-Mulz® 786-1 is a phosphate ester that is designed primarily for making emulsifier systems for metal processing, solvent cleaners, and dry cleaning. This non-hazardous surfactant has good dispersion properties and good solubility. It is soluble in perchloroethylene, xylene, ethanol, and kerosene and is readily dispersible in water.

T-Mulz® 66H is the potassium salt of an aromatic phosphate ester. It exhibits good solubility in highly alkaline liquid formulations and functions as an efficient hydrotrope for coupling nonionic surfactants into alkaline systems while simultaneously adding detergency and wetting properties. This product is recommended for use in heavy-duty liquid detergents, all-purpose hard surface cleaners, dry cleaning fluids, agricultural formulations, and textile products.

T-Mulz® A 136 PE is an APE-free anionic surfactant that is primarily used for acrylic, styrene/acrylic, and vinyl/acrylic latexes in emulsion polymerization. It can be used as a primary surfactant or as a post-additional surfactant to improve gloss retention. This product also provides particle size control, corrosion inhibition, and improved adhesion.

T-Mulz® 844 M is a phosphate ester designed for use in alkaline cleaners, yarn lubricants, and wet processing. It demonstrates excellent salt tolerance, especially under alkaline conditions. This product also functions well as a hydrotrope and can couple solvent, electrolyte, and surfactant mixtures. Additional benefits of using T-Mulz® 844 M include improved wetting and detergency. This product also finds application as a primary emulsion polymerization surfactant and is well suited to acrylic latexes.

T-Mulz® BP-PE is the phosphate ester of a block polymer. It is a low-foaming surfactant that has a cloud point slightly above room temperature. This phosphate ester surfactant can be used in formulations for the metal cleaning and metalworking industries.

T-Mulz® 734-2 is a blended anionic surfactant designed primarily for making emulsifier systems for agricultural and industrial formulations. This product is an excellent emulsifier for a wide range of solvents. It is particularly good as a solvent emulsifier when hard water is the main problem.

T-Mulz® P-4LF is a phosphate ester designed for use in alkaline cleaners and hard surface detergents. This product is excellent for metal cleaner formulations due to its low foaming characteristic. This clear, yellow, viscous liquid has a surface tension (0.05% aqueous) of 70 dynes/cm.

T-Mulz® 844 is a phosphate ester designed for use in alkaline cleaners, textiles in yarn lubricants, and wet processing. This product is used in concentrated electrolyte solutions to improve salt tolerance and as a hydrotrope that provides detergency, wetting, and coupling properties.

LEXOLUBE 4PM-114 is a high performance aromatic synthetic ester with outstanding high temperature stability and low volatility. The aromatic group provides a strong framework that resists oxidation and hydrolysis. The resulting ester is a high viscosity base oil useful in gear and oven chain oils that reduces varnish buildup and extends fluid life.

ACLUBE P-2100 is a pour point depressant, suitable for medium-high viscosity base oils. It exhibits high shear stability.

NEWPOL 50HB-660 is polyoxyalkylene glycol-type lubricants which are useful to apply as hydraulic fluids (water and glycol-type), high-temperature lubricants, low-temperature lubricating oil, compressor oil, vacuum pump oil, gear oil, hydraulic fluids, brake fluids for cars, grease, engine detergent, water-soluble cutting fluids, drawing oil, quenching oil, heating medium, mold-releasing agents for resins and rubber, lubricants for textile industries, defoaming agents, etc.

LEXOLUBE Z-100 is a high viscosity polymer ester suitable for use as an additive or co-base stock to boost viscosity, viscosity index and lubricity. Long chain length adds tack and body to lubricant formulations. Because of its inherent polarity, it is generally incompatible with mineral oil and PAO base oils.

LEXOLUBE POE-220HT is a polyol ester based on dipentaerythritol chemistry, providing excellent oxidative stability. It is optimum for applications requiring high temperature stability and low deposit formation.

LEXOLUBE CP-460LC is a complex polyol ester that provides cost-effective solutions for a wide range of applications such as textile (tenter frame), fiberglass production, and wood laminating. It is useful as a syntheti base stock for most applications requiring high temperature stability and wide temperature operating range. It features oxidation resistance, lubricity, and thermal stability for low deposit formation.

ACLUBE P-4080 is Pour Point Depressant for lubricating oils which are mainly composed of a methacrylate copolymer and a refined mineral oil. Lubricating oils (engine oil, ATFs, CVTFs, gear oils, hydraulic fluids, etc.) having excellent viscosity characteristics can be prepared by blending ACLUBE P-4080 with mineral oils.
