PCC Chemax Dwuetanoloamina W is a product from the group of ethanolamines, i.e. products of the addition of ethylene oxide to ammonia. The product is also known as 2,2'-Iminodiethanol. Diethanoalamine W is an oily liquid, colorless to pale yellow at 20-25°C, which solidifies at about 5°C. The product dissolves in water in an unlimited manner.

SULFOROKAnol L327 (Sodium C12-15 Pareth Sulfate) is an anionic surfactant from the group of alkyl ether sulfates (INCI name: Sodium Pareth Sulfate), based on synthetic alcohol. The product comes in the form of a 27% water solution, from colorless to light yellow. SULFOROKAnol L327 is preserved with the MIT / CIT derivative, which ensures its microbiological purity.

Surmax® CS-727MA is an alkaline stable surfactant that is designed primarily for use in liquid formulations containing high levels of sodium hydroxide. It is freely soluble in 50% NaOH and 45% KOH.

Surmax®CS-555 is an alkaline stable surfactant designed for formulating low foaming, liquid cleaner concentrates containing high levels of caustic and/or other alkaline compounds. Surmax®CS-555 exhibits optimum detergency and low foaming properties at low application temperatures (<60°C). This material is non-substantive to metal surfaces and is, therefore, ideally suited for pre-plating and pre-painting applications.

SULFOROKAnol L170/1 MB is a derivative of palm kernel oil from certified crops. This product is RSPO Mass Balance certified. SULFOROKAnol L170/1 MB is an anionic surfactant from the group of alkyl ether sulfates (INCI name: Sodium Laureth Sulfate). The product is mainly based on raw material of natural origin. It has the consistency of liquid paste, colorless to pale yellow. The product is available in a concentrated form as a 70% aqueous solution, which translates into a favorable economic aspect in terms of transport and storage. SULFOROKAnol L170/1 MB does not contain preservatives and is completely soluble in water, including hard water.

Chemfac QS-148 is widely used as an oil soluble lubricants additive, rust inhibitor and emulsifiers in the metal working industry.

Chemfac PA-080S is aliphatic based and offers excellent EP properties. It is generally recommended for use in straight, soluble and semi-synthetic oils.

Chemeen polyoxyethylated fatty amines are mildly cationic surfactants that become more nonionic in nature with increasing ethylene oxide content. These surfactants are substantive to metals, glass, textiles, plastics, and clays. They are used as emulsifiers and lubricants additives in metal and textile lubricants, antistats for textiles and plastics, textile dyeing assistants, detergents in degreaser formulations, and corrosion inhibitors in numerous applications.

Chemfac PB-139 has approval for indirect food contact usage under US Food and Drug Administrations (US-FDA) at 21 CFR 178.3400, for use as an “emulsifiers and/or surface-active agents”, with the limitations listed at that cite. Chemfac PB-139 is commonly used in paper coating applications and well as water treatment .

The oleic acid adduct is the product of the addition and regrouping of double bonds of oleic acid and maleic anhydride. The product is available in a concentrated form with a high active substance content (99%). Due to its hydrophobicity, the product is water insoluble, however, it is soluble in organic solvents such as methanol, chloroform and acetone.

Chemfac phosphate esters exhibit a variety of properties including emulsification, lubrication, cleaning, and wetting. Due to the presence of phosphorous, some of the Chemfac products show excellent extreme pressure (EP) properties in addition to conventional lubricity properties. Certain Chemfacs also exhibit corrosion inhibiting properties when neutralized with amines.

These properties make it easier to pump, dose and mix the product with other components. The microbiological purity of SULFOROKAnol L225/1 MB is ensured by the addition of a preservative.
