STEPAN® MWA-553 is a fatty acid ester utilized in metalworking formulations for synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants in high-temperature settings. It can function as a standalone chlorinated paraffin replacement or be combined with phosphate esters for enhanced lubrication properties. Its benefits include improved lubrication, a reduced average scar compared to industry standards, and higher failure loads.

STEPAN® MWA-551 is a pentaerythritol tetra c8-10 that can be used for metalworking formulations in synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants in high-temperature applications and for improved lubrication properties. It can act as a stand-alone chlorinated paraffin replacement or be combined with phosphate esters to offer further enhancement. It shows improved lubrication by showing a reduced average scar when compared to the current industry standard.

STEPAN® MWA-501 is a methyl ester that can be used as either a solvent or a cosolvent in metalworking, die casting, and metal forming processes. It provides excellent film-forming properties and lubricity in straight oil, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic metalworking fluids. It is a non-staining product and has shown excellent results in metal-forming fluids as well as metal removal operations.

STEPAN® MWA-550 is a trimethylolpropane tricaprylate caprate polyol ester that can be used for metalworking formulations in 100% synthetic lubricants for improved lubrication properties, cutting fluids, and drawing compounds. It can enhance the performance of straight oil, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic metalworking fluids. It can also offer extreme pressure-type performance without reacting at the work-tool interface. It shows improved lubrication by showing a reduced average scar when compared to the current industry standard.

ZELEC® 874 is an ester that finds utility in a diverse range of metalworking and textile applications. Notably, the product is biodegradable. Furthermore, zelec 874 can be regarded as practically non-toxic when ingested (ld50 > 5g/kg) and shows minimal irritation potential to the skin and eyes. It belongs to the chemical group of pentaerythritol ester specialty. Its primary function revolves around being a textile lubricating agent.

STEPAN® MWA-500 can be used as either solvents or cosolvents in metalworking, die casting, and metal forming processes. It can be used in straight oils, semi-synthetics, and full synthetic formulations to provide lubricity and film-forming properties. Additionally, it can be used in oil- or solvent-based concrete form release products for low staining and excellent release characteristics.

Dragonox® 702 is one of the important hindered-phenol antioxidants. Its main use is in plastics and synthetic rubber. Due to its excellent anti-oxidative effects at high temperatures, it can be widely used in oils operated at high temperatures, such as heat-conducting oil, quenching oil, special lubricating grease, etc.

TRIEST TMCC-0211, is a thermally stable and highly lubricating ester formed by the reaction of trimethylol propane and caprylic capric acid, a biobased fatty acid, which provides superior performance properties at both high and low temperatures. It has applications in many areas like metal working fluids, motor oils, chain and compressor oils.

LEXOLUBE Z-100 is a high viscosity polymer ester suitable for use as an additive or co-base stock to boost viscosity, viscosity index and lubricity. Long chain length adds tack and body to lubricant formulations. Because of its inherent polarity, it is generally incompatible with mineral oil and PAO base oils.

LUBRICIT PE 4810 is a polyol ester with high bioderived content that is used as a synthetic base oil for formulations requiring wide temperature operating range, low volatility and good oxidative stability. Select versions of this product are on the LuSC list and can be used to formulate EcoLabel lubricants.

XFO-722 is a water dispersible industrial antifoam containing 10% active ingredients. XFO-722 contains a combination of silicone polymer and dispersant, and has been found to exhibit superior foam control in systems over a wide range of operating temperatures (up to boiling).

Syncal™ OB408 is multifunctional specialty overbased calcium sulfonates manufactured from long chain alkylbenzene sulfonic acids. These products exhibit good oil solubility, detergency, and excellent high temperature stability. Not only are these products good TBN boosters, they are also excellent feedstocks for manufacturing overbased calcium sulfonate grease. Greases manufactured from either Syncal™ OB408 tend to convert readily and exhibit outstanding gel strength retention properties.

RIANOX® L115 is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant containing sulfur, available in lubricant.

RIANOX® L107 is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant available in lubricant.

LUBIMAX® 5522 is a shear stable amorphous olefin copolymer intended to be used as a Viscosity Index Improver when formulating multi-grade crankcase and industrial oils. This viscosity modifier combines excellent viscometric effectiveness with high oxidation stability. LUBIMAX® 5522 has very good low temperature properties when combined with suitable pour point depressant.
