Moplen EP548P is a nucleated heterophasic copolymer, suitable for injection molding applications, and contains an anti-static agent. It exhibits a high stiffness combined with a medium fluidity. Moplen EP548P is extensively used in houseware, furniture, cylindrical containers and crates. Moplen EP548P resin meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

The product is a very soft elastic polyurea casting compound. ebalta GM 951-1 is suitable as a flexible casting system in the field of mold- and tooling for parts which require low shore hardness and high tear propagation resistance due to deep under cuts. Mold temperatures of about 60 °C lead and/or curing at 60°C, to faster curing and therefore short demoulding time. Demoulding can be reduced to 30-45 min. To achieve final properties as fast as possible, postcuring can be made at 60°C for 6-8 hrs. and after curing at room temperature. For complete curing of the parts, any non-postcured molds should only be employed after 2-3 days. Any non-observance may lead to shorter pot life. The potlife of GM 915-1 can be shortened by mixing hardener GM 951-1 with hardener GM 900-1 (see mixing table) For individuell formulation of the shore hardness, GM 900-1 can be mixed with GM 951-1 (see mixing table). With the A-component GM 951-1 Thix a spreadable surface resin can be obtained.

Duradene™706 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 23.5% bound styrene and has a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™706 offers very good abrasion resistance and low hysteresis properties. It can also be used as a replacement for emulsion SBR 1502 in most rubber applications.

Moplen EP300K is a low fluidity heterophasic copolymer manufactured by PMC under the license of Lyondellbasell using Spheripol process. Moplen EP300K is suitable for injection molding applications. The product exhibits very high impact even at low temperature combined with a good stiffness. Moplen EP300K is typically used in housewares and crates. Moplen EP300K meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

G&E 254 is produced from feedstocks carefully selected for uniform viscosity, ethylene propylene ratio, and 3rd monomer. The feedstocks are chosen to produce a blended EPDM Polymer which has a medium ethylene content, medium diene content, and low mooney. G&E Blended EPDM 254 can be blended with prime EPDM polymers to reduce compound costs in extruded, calendered and molded applications.

Adstif EA648P meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 2 1CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

Xenopren® E/P-TD-21-V0 is a non-flammable propylene-ethylen copolymer modified with talc. This plastic thanks to using copolymer has a good impact strength, even at low temperatures. Significantly decreased flammability of this Xenopren® allow for using it in all cases where, because of risk of fire and high temperature, extremely low flammability is required. Processing of Xenopren® E/P-TD-21-V0 requires injection molding machines with pressure of injection 80MPa. Recommended cylinder temperature should be about 230-2500C and mold temperature 500C.

KEP® 070P produced by Kumho Polychem is a highly functional special synthetic rubber that is mainly used for automotive parts and has excellent resistance to heat, ozone, and chemicals. With a lower specific gravity compared with other synthetic rubbers, it can be applicable for high-filling mixing, meaning it has a high economic feasibility.

Epiall® 1908-1 by Sumitomo Bakelite Company is comprised of Ethylene Propylene Copolymer. It is commonly used Epiall® 1908-1 is certified as UL Flame Rated. It is available in Granules form.

Royaltherm 1721 a modified EPDM with a special silicone rubber. Royaltherm 1721 is supplied as a base compound that can be vulcanized with peroxides or sulfur/accelerator systems. Royaltherm 1721 is 55 - 65 Durometer when vulcanized with 1.8 phr of dicumyl peroxide. It can be blended with Royaltherm 1411 for intermediate hardness applications. Royaltherm 1721 is recommended for applications that require higher tensile strength than Royaltherm 1411. Royaltherm 1721 is also recommended for applications that require retention of mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, weather and moisture resistance, electrical stability and compression recovery at low temperatures.

Duradene™711 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 18.0% bound styrene and a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™711 offers excellent abrasion resistance and low temperature performance. It is often used in tire formulas with low black and oil loadings where good wear and hysteresis are desired.
