Polyfill Technologies Antistatic Masterbatch-PT3002 is a surface property modifier, which now-a-days finds extensive use by Plastics Processor, to reduce and control the static charges developed on the surface of plastic parts having large surfaces like film, fibers etc as spark discharge formed by static charges can produce serious accidents. Plastics, particularly sensitive to static build up Polyolefins, Nylon, Polyesters, Urethanes, Cellulosics, Acrylics etc. Antistatic Masterbatch-PT3002 is based on Ethoxy Amine, using LLDPE as a carrier resin, compounded in most modern extrusion equipment, using state of art technology.

MoldWiz® AB-25FG - A concentrated, water-dispersible, surface active process aid additive that imparts anti blocking properties. May be used as a surface treatment or added to water bath in thermoplastic extrusion processes.

Crosile®75 (Bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)disulfide) TESPD is a bifunction polysulfidic organosilane and has been widely in the rubber industry. Crosile®75 TESPD is used to improve the reinforcing capability of fillers with silanol group on the their surface,and also as an integral part of curing systems to improve cross-linking network properties. Compared to the Crosile®69 (Bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide), Crosile®75 has a higher temperature stability and therefore allows higher mixing temperatures. Crosile®75 imparts greater tensile strength, higher module, reduced compression set, increased abrasion. resistance and optimized dynamic properties.
