Rosin Chemical(Wuping) JH- I33 Silane Coupling Agent acts as a silane coupling agent. Can also be used as an intermediate to produce many kinds of coupling agents and silicone fluids. It restrains the penetrating out of PVC additive, keeping the plastic clean. JH-I33 silane coupling agent is applicable to synthesize vulcanized rubber with low penetrativity, low rolling resistance as well as high elasticity & elongation rate. The fabric can be made softened and more elasticized by it. Used in the rubber industry, the strength of polyurethane elastomer can be enhanced by inducing polarized chloropropyl group from JH-I33 silane coupling agent. It is suitable to be used as absorbent for polyurethane foam to improve its climate adaptability.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent G-6 is monoalkoxy-coupling agent and Similar to KR-12 (Kenrich Chemical Company, USA). It is light yellow to white wax solid and its melting point is 50-55.

B2 is an anhydride modified polypropylene with lower odor. It is propene polymer with functionalized maleic anhydride, which is especially suitable for the reinforcing and compatibilizing of PP glass fiber and minerl fiber (talcum powder, calcium cabonate, mica, etc.).

Crosile®1090 is a colorless, nearly odorless low-viscosity liquid. Crosile®1090 is an excellent compatibiliser between inorganic fillers (e.g. kaolin, MDH, ATH) and organic polymers (e.g. EPDM, EVA, PE). The high boiling point of Crosile®1090, together with its high flash point, gives it outstanding advantages with respect to safety and handling during processing. From an environmental viewpoint it should be noted that the amount of released hydrolysis methanol (VOC) is significantly reduced compared to monomeric vinyl silanes.

SCA 974 used as an adhesion promoter at organic/inorganic interfaces and also a coupling agent for unsaturated polyesterand fiberglass composites.

TKC Kunststoffe E.K. Scona Tppp 8112 GA is an adhesion modifier for TPE-S overmolding compounds and coupler for natural fiber compounds in polypropylene.

Crosile®75 (Bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)disulfide) TESPD is a bifunction polysulfidic organosilane and has been widely in the rubber industry. Crosile®75 TESPD is used to improve the reinforcing capability of fillers with silanol group on the their surface,and also as an integral part of curing systems to improve cross-linking network properties. Compared to the Crosile®69 (Bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide), Crosile®75 has a higher temperature stability and therefore allows higher mixing temperatures. Crosile®75 imparts greater tensile strength, higher module, reduced compression set, increased abrasion. resistance and optimized dynamic properties.

Yi Mei New Material Technology Oxidized PE Wax OPE816 is an excellent new type of polar wax. Because the molecular chain of oxidized polyethylene wax has a certain amount of carbonyl groups and hydroxyl groups, the compatibility with fillers, pigments, and polar resins is significantly improved. Wettability and d ispersibility in polar systems is better than polyethylene wax, and it also has coupling properties, its performance is equivalent to American Honeywell A-C wax.
