CompositeWrap™ UDC20 Carbon Fabric is a medium weight, high tensile strength unidirectional carbon fabric. This material is engineered to provide extremely strong, durable and lightweight composites for structural reinforcement. CompositeWrap™ UDC20 Carbon Fabric is easy to apply, corrosion resistant and can be applied at any thickness required to provide adequate structural reinforcement. It easily wets out and can be installed using the wet lay-up technique.

BB 2100 is a standard modulus carbon fiber precision cut from tow, with typical mechanical properties. These fibers are ideal for introduction into Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) materials, injection molding and pellet production for a wide range of end-use applications. Fibers come with standard epoxy-based sizing chemistry, optimized for use with most thermoset and thermoplastic resin systems. BB 2100 fibers are available as first quality certified materials as well as at discount without certifications. BB 2100 fiber is precision cut according to each customer specified length (e.g. 0.125, 0.25, 0.50 through 2.75" fiber lengths).

Conductive Composites Nickel Coated Fibers - Precision Coated & Converted Fibers (PC2F) 1AC1PC-0.15 is a highly uniform, conductive short fiber format in lengths from 3mm to 100µm. PC2F is a high-performance conductive and structural fiber with superior handling properties and excellent conductivity/shielding capabilities that is both lighter and longer than typical nickel coated graphite formats. Through our proprietary Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) coating process, fibers are coated with a very thin, robust, and ductile film of pure nickel. Due to their precise lengths and easy dispersion, PC2F is a very effective and economical conductive additive.
