Composite Materials Laminate A is composed of layers of a pigmented paper melamine resin inner cores and white, black, or colored cover sheets. The main difference between this product and ES-1 is that the Composite Materials Laminate A is colored rather than white. The material comes in a standard sheet size of 36 inches ± 1.00 x 39 inches ± 1.00, with standard thicknesses of 1/16, 3/32, and 1/8 inch. Room temperature punching and shearing grade up to 0.125″ thick. NP615 is more flexible with lower mechanical properties than NP611. NP615 is produced with high resin content melamine impregnated surfaces to give the resulting laminate better arc resistance. Intended for applications where electrical and moisture requirements are secondary.

Woven glass fabric, melamine resin laminate. NP509 is very hard, flame resistant, machining grade with excellent electrical properties in high humidity conditions. NP509 has high physical strength and excellent arc resistance. Meets MIL-I-24768/1 type GME, MIL-I-24768/8 type GMG and IEC 60893-3-3-MF GC 201.

ES3 consists of a black phenolic paper core and two colored decorative surfaces impregnated with melamine resin. The three-ply, high performance material comes in a standard sheet size of 36 inches ± 1.00 x 39 inches ± 1.00, with standard thicknesses of 1/16, 3/32, and 1/8 inch. Standard finish options are polished, or P (highly polished and shiny), or LS (non-brushed and dull).

ES2 consists of three internal layers (two colored decorative surfaces, two white sub-cores just below the surfaces, and a black core centered in the thermoset composite material). ES-2 is a five-ply material, which comes in a standard sheet size of 36 inches ± 1.00 x 39 inches ± 1.00, with standard-thicknesses of 3/32 and 1/8 inch. Weights of the three standard-thickness sheets are approximately 7.0, and 9.3 lb., respectively. Standard finish options are polished, or P (highly polished and shiny), or LS (non-brushed and dull).

Lamitex® G-5 MF GC 21 glass/melamine laminated sheet is most frequently preferred for applications that require high mechanical strength, exceptional arc resistance and self extinguishing properties.

Melochem Molding Compound 751 by BI-QEM is a general purpose melamine formaldehyde resin reinforced with highclass cellulose. It is modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It offers good hardness, glossy surface with excellent scratch and chemical resistance. It provides resistance against surfactants and weak bases. It can be processed by compression molding. The molded products can be recycled and exhibit good light stability and low water absorption properties. Melochem Molding Compound 751 is suitable for household and foodservice applications including dinnerware, ramekins, ashtrays, jugs, ladles and bowls. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C.

It is recommended for household and foodservice applications including dinnerware, ramekins, ashtrays, jugs, ladles, and bowls. Melochem Molding Compound 791 is also suitable for the manufacture of retail, commercial and military grade buttons. The molded products can be recycled and exhibit low water absorption properties. It has a shelf life of 6 months.

Melochem Molding Compound 736 by BI-QEM is a general purpose melamine formaldehyde resin. It is reinforced with high-class cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It offers good hardness, glossy surface with excellent scratch and chemical resistance. It provides resistance against surfactants and weak bases. The molded products can be recycled and exhibit good light stability and low water absorption properties. It is designed for processing by injection molding. Melochem Molding Compound 736 is recommended for dinnerware jugs, ladles and bowls. It is also suitable for electrical applications and provides heat resistance and abrasion resistance. Its shelf life is of 12 months

TM7 is a B-staged Melamine prepreg based on a medium weave glass fabric suitable for the manufacture of tubes and laminates.

Resiten® GLEM is a fine weave cotton fabric/melamine laminate with a glass epoxy interleave.
