LRBG Chemicals USA MF 836 is a fast-curing melamine resin powder designed specifically for impregnating overlay paper used in the manufacture of decorative laminates. It provides high gloss with improved transparency and is recommended for use at 50% solids for paper saturation. Additionally, it is a heavily plasticized melamine resin for overlay paper and decorative laminates that require some flexibility.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 817 is a melamine resin powder designed for use where superior penetration is needed to impregnate pattern sheets in the production of decorative laminates to achieve optimal craze resistance. Furthermore, LRBG Chemicals USA MF 817 is highly recommended for use in the manufacture of abrasives, including precision diamond cutting wheels, and has been successfully used as a modifier for phenolic resins in the production of sandpaper.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 829 is a melamine formaldehyde resin in powder form designed specifically for the production of NEMA Grade G-9 glass fiber laminates. It is a slightly plasticized resin that does not contain any reaction catalyst ions to carry electrical charges. This resin is used in glass fabric laminates that require NEMA Grade 9 electrical performance.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 412 is a fast-curing, plasticized melamine resin powder designed for use in a water solution to impregnate pattern and overlay sheets for the production of decorative laminates with excellent post-forming characteristics. When heavily catalyzed, it also works well for low-pressure lamination.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 is a melamine resin powder designed to provide extended solution stability at high concentrations of resin solids. This lends itself to treating applications requiring solution solids of over 55%. For example, a 60% solids solution for saturation of glass cloth to provide good wetting characteristics can be obtained using a 95/5 water-butanol solvent combination. Various types of fillers can be used with the LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 resin, and other additives and subsequent processing are dependent on the needs of the finished molding compound. It is a neat resin without any additives, fillers, catalysts, or releasing agents.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 415 is primarily designed for paper lamination but can also be used to impregnate cloth, synthetic, or glass fibers. It serves as a water-resistant thermosetting binder and in compression wood flour molding to make school furniture. Additionally, this resin has been used successfully as a plaster modifier to increase strength and environmental resistance.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 430 is a fast-curing, plasticized melamine resin powder. It can be used to impregnate and coat paper, cotton, synthetic fibers, glass cloth, and fiber, as well as pattern and overlay sheets for the production of decorative laminates.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 812 is a spray-dried melamine resin powder designed as a binder for granulated wood and wood flour to produce high-flow molding composites. This resin is light-colored, and it demonstrates excellent resistance to color change upon UV exposure.

Room temperature punching and shearing grade up to 0.125″ thick. NP615 is more flexible with lower mechanical properties than NP611. NP615 is produced with high resin content melamine impregnated surfaces to give the resulting laminate better arc resistance. Intended for applications where electrical and moisture requirements are secondary.

Woven glass fabric, melamine resin laminate. NP509 is very hard, flame resistant, machining grade with excellent electrical properties in high humidity conditions. ES2 consists of three internal layers (two colored decorative surfaces, two white sub-cores just below the surfaces, and a black core centered in the thermoset composite material). ES-2 is a five-ply material, which comes in a standard sheet size of 36 inches ± 1.00 x 39 inches ± 1.00, with standard-thicknesses of 3/32 and 1/8 inch. Weights of the three standard-thickness sheets are approximately 7.0, and 9.3 lb., respectively. Standard finish options are polished, or P (highly polished and shiny), or LS (non-brushed and dull).
