SILRES® H60 A/B is a liquid, solvent-free, two-part phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is a modification of the well-established SILRES® H62 C and is thus ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors. Besides, SILRES® H60 A/B can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. Fully cured SILRES® H60 A/B has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 836 is a fast-curing melamine resin powder designed specifically for impregnating overlay paper used in the manufacture of decorative laminates. It provides high gloss with improved transparency and is recommended for use at 50% solids for paper saturation. Additionally, it is a heavily plasticized melamine resin for overlay paper and decorative laminates that require some flexibility.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF400 is a resin binder used for flooring in hot press or high-frequency systems. It meets the commercial standard spec. SC253-63 and has a fast cure and low electrical arcing. It is used extensively by laminated truck flooring and container flooring manufacturers worldwide.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400PC is a light tan, free-flowing melamine-urea resin powder designed as an adhesive for hot-press or high-frequency wood bonding systems. When used correctly, it provides a waterproof bond and meets the requirements of the ANSI/AITC A190.1-1992 Standard for Structural Glued Laminated Timber. This resin is ideal for high-frequency, high-strength gluing of truck flooring, rail decks, and other laminated wood structures due to its fast cure and low arcing. However, LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400PC is not suitable for cold-cure applications.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400-15 is a melamine urea formaldehyde resin spray-dried powder, appearing as a tan to white free-flowing powder. It forms a crust on the surface by absorbing moisture from the air. This powdered resin can be used in container wood flooring adhesive, wood adhesive, and compression molding of wood articles.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 817 is a melamine resin powder designed for use where superior penetration is needed to impregnate pattern sheets in the production of decorative laminates to achieve optimal craze resistance. Furthermore, LRBG Chemicals USA MF 817 is highly recommended for use in the manufacture of abrasives, including precision diamond cutting wheels, and has been successfully used as a modifier for phenolic resins in the production of sandpaper.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400-6 is a melamine -urea formaldehyde resin spray-dried powder. It appears as a tan to white, free-flowing powder that forms a crust on the surface when exposed to moisture in the air. This powdered resin can be used in container wood flooring adhesives, wood adhesives, and for the compression molding of wood articles.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 829 is a melamine formaldehyde resin in powder form designed specifically for the production of NEMA Grade G-9 glass fiber laminates. It is a slightly plasticized resin that does not contain any reaction catalyst ions to carry electrical charges. This resin is used in glass fabric laminates that require NEMA Grade 9 electrical performance.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 412 is a fast-curing, plasticized melamine resin powder designed for use in a water solution to impregnate pattern and overlay sheets for the production of decorative laminates with excellent post-forming characteristics. When heavily catalyzed, it also works well for low-pressure lamination.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 is a melamine resin powder designed to provide extended solution stability at high concentrations of resin solids. This lends itself to treating applications requiring solution solids of over 55%. For example, a 60% solids solution for saturation of glass cloth to provide good wetting characteristics can be obtained using a 95/5 water-butanol solvent combination. Various types of fillers can be used with the LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 resin, and other additives and subsequent processing are dependent on the needs of the finished molding compound. It is a neat resin without any additives, fillers, catalysts, or releasing agents.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 415 is primarily designed for paper lamination but can also be used to impregnate cloth, synthetic, or glass fibers. It serves as a water-resistant thermosetting binder and in compression wood flour molding to make school furniture. Additionally, this resin has been used successfully as a plaster modifier to increase strength and environmental resistance.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 430 is a fast-curing, plasticized melamine resin powder. It can be used to impregnate and coat paper, cotton, synthetic fibers, glass cloth, and fiber, as well as pattern and overlay sheets for the production of decorative laminates.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 812 is a spray-dried melamine resin powder designed as a binder for granulated wood and wood flour to produce high-flow molding composites. This resin is light-colored, and it demonstrates excellent resistance to color change upon UV exposure.

TEC-250 - Alkyl Phenolic Tackifier Resin is a tackifier resin derived from the reaction between octyl phenol and formaldehyde. It is soluble in oils and compatible with various synthetic rubbers. FILCO® 657/01 is a powdered unsaturated polyester resin with integrated catalyst and antiblocking agent, belonging to the Thermoset Polyester chemical family. FILCO® 659 MG 25 is an unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form and enriched with a catalyst. FILCO® 7900 FDA, represents an unsaturated polyester-epoxy resin available in a non-ionic water emulsion. Classified under the polymer name 'Epoxy-Unsaturated Polyester Resin,' it manifests as a milky liquid and is formulated in a liquid physical form. Notably, this product holds labeling claims certifying its suitability for food contact applications.

FILCO® 8815 stands as a film-forming solution designed for carbon fiber applications. These epoxy, modified epoxy, or novolac resins are presented in non-ionic water emulsion form. They exhibit high compatibility with matrices, offering a diverse range of Tg (glass transition temperature). This variability allows for the selection of an appropriate product tailored to suit the specific production processes of the final composite material.
