Its primary mode of operation revolves around surface migration and orientation. The product is presented as a white powder.

PE waxes stand out as cost-effective materials known for positively impacting mechanical stability and visual appearance. Utilizing Deuteron® Wax PE enhances abrasion and scratch resistance, offering a pleasing matte effect and a pleasant surface feel.

Deuteron® Wax TF 105 belongs to the family of waxes, including polyethylene, polyolefins, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and offers various features. These include good printability, improved adhesion, scratch resistance, and good slip properties. Available in powdered form, it serves applications requiring these specific properties for optimal performance.

Trapylen® 777 is a modified, low chlorinated polypropylene with reactive groups in order to crosslink e.g. with Desmodur N 3390, Z 4370 or other polyisocyanates. The polymer is dissolved in a mixture of toluene, cyclohexane and butylacetate (ratio: 70+20+10). Main merit is its good adhesion strength on polyolefinic plastics. Adhesion and film flexibility of TRAPYLEN® 777 can be increased when adding maleic modified CPO's like TRAPYLEN® 130 X.

Trapylen® 5550 UV is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in a reactive, UV-curable monomer known as isobornyl acrylate (IBOA). This formulation exhibits outstanding affinity for polyolefinic plastics such as PP, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and reasonable adhesion to PE. Trapylen® 5550 UV was specifically developed as an adhesion additive for UV-curing printing inks, making it suitable for applications in the printing industry.

Tailored to enhance adhesion and compatibility in waterborne formulations, Trapylen® 6600 W exemplifies a commitment to both performance and eco-friendly practices, making it the ideal choice for industries seeking effective adhesion promotion without compromising on environmental responsibility.

Trapylen® 5800 UV is a chlorinated polypropylene, dissolved in reactive, UVcurable monomer hexandiol diacrylate (HDDA). It has outstanding affinity to polyolefinic plastics such as PP, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and reasonable adhesion to PE. It was developed as an adhesion additive for UV-curing printing inks.

Trapylen® 128 MEK operates as a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for enhancing the adhesion, coating, bonding, printing, and laminating of polyolefinic plastics. It belongs to the Chlorinated Polyolefins (CPO) chemical family and is compatible with plastics. Primarily used in packaging coatings, specifically primers and lacquers, it facilitates strong adhesion on plastic substrates. Available in various forms, such as solid resins, resin solutions in organic solvents, water-based dispersions, and UV-curable liquids, it offers versatility in different application methods.

Trapylen® T 4121 is designed for coating plastic parts and is applied solely as a resin solution without additional binder resins. Its application methods include dip coating, spraying guns, or the tampon printing method, specifically functioning as an adhesion promoter.

FILCO® 8815

FILCO® 7706 is an aqueous dispersion featuring an aliphatic polyurethane resin designed for glass fiber sizing applications. This specialized resin offers distinct advantages, including a clear color profile, exceptional mechanical properties, and robust resistance to hydrolysis, ensuring optimal performance in composite materials.

FILCO® 661 is a bisphenolic, unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form, specifically employed as a binder for chopped strand mat applications. It presents as a light yellow powder. Notable product characteristics include a very high molecular weight, rapid solubility in styrene, a high binding capacity for glass fibers, particularly in 'hot melt' operating conditions, and excellent compatibility with unsaturated polyester matrices.

FILCO® 308G is an epoxy resin formulated within an ionic water emulsion, distinguished by specific characteristics which includes a pure epoxy resin composition, an anionic emulsion nature, a narrow particle size distribution, and robust mechanical shear stability, even in diluted emulsions.

FILCO® 368 is a saturated polyester resin in a non-ionic water emulsion, functioning as a plasticizer in sizing glass fiber. It appears as a milky liquid with main product characteristics such as medium-low molecular weight, non-ionic emulsion, narrow particle size distribution, and excellent compatibility with both polyester and PVAC emulsions.

FILCO® 313 is an epoxy resin expertly crafted within a non-ionic water dispersion, presenting as a milky liquid. Notably, FILCO® 313 boasts non-flammability. Additionally, it showcases high shear stability, enhances fiber integrity, and offers commendable toughness as key material features.
