VINNAPAS® UW 1 FS is a tasteless, solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. It is a clear and colorless resin obtained through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. ROHACELL® S is a closed-cell rigid foam created using polymethacrylimide (PMI) chemistry, and it is entirely free of CFCs. This foam is self-extinguishing, meaning it has fire-resistant properties. ROHACELL® XT is a closed-cell rigid foam based on polymethacrylimide (PMI) chemistry that are free of CFCs and designed to meet the most extreme and demanding processing requirements. ROHACELL® XT foam is compatible with autoclave technologies, vacuum infusion, RTM, and VARTM processes.

ROHACELL® A is a closed-cell rigid foam crafted from polymethacrylimide (PMI) chemistry. Notably, it is entirely devoid of CFCs, aligning with environmental considerations. SILRES® H60 A/B is a liquid, solvent-free, two-part phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is a modification of the well-established SILRES® H62 C and is thus ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors. Besides, SILRES® H60 A/B can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. Fully cured SILRES® H60 A/B has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

VINNAPAS® C 501 is a solid, colorless to pale yellowish copolymer of vinyl acetate and crotonic acid. Typical applications for VINNAPAS® C 501 include antishrinkage additives, composites, and resin modification for composites, such as fiber-reinforced plastics. VINNAPAS® C 501 is supplied in 25-kg paper bags.

VINNAPAS® LL 8251 is a solid copolymer of vinyl acetate and crotonic acid, ranging in color from colorless to pale yellowish. It finds typical applications in fiber reinforced plastics and resin modification for composites. The product is available in the form of solid flakes.

FILCO® 657/01 is a powdered unsaturated polyester resin with integrated catalyst and antiblocking agent, belonging to the Thermoset Polyester chemical family. Functioning as a binder, this resin undergoes crosslinking just above its melting temperature. Upon curing, it achieves nearly complete insolubility in styrene. Tailored for pultrusion and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), FILCO® 657/01 stands as a versatile solution, offering efficient processing methods for the creation of durable and thermoset polyester-based products.

FILCO® 657/01 NP represents an unsaturated polyester resin available in powder form, presenting as an off-white, free-flowing powder. It serves as a recommended binder for producing insoluble glass mats. These mats, derived from chopped strands or continuous filaments, find application in various processes such as hot or cold press, pultrusion, vacuum, and injection (RTM) moldings.

Crestafire® P1-3002PA is a pre-accelerated polyester resin with fire retardant properties, which make it suitable for applications where fire resistance is a major consideration. It is suitable for RTM (resin transfer molding) and RTM light applications. It requires only the addition of a catalyst to start the curing reaction.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 781PALV is a pre-aceelerated, orthophthalic polyester resin, designed for use in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) and RTM Light processes. It is especially suited to those RTM applications which require the addition of filler to the resin system.

Crestafire® P1-3001PA is a filled, pre-accelerated, fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH) which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. It is halogen-free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin U1007TPA is a filled, fire-retardant, pre-accelerated, thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin designed for RTM and RTM light. It cures with standard MEKP peroxide and has a 17-minute gel time. This product will achieve M2 to the French fire standard.

Crestapol® 1261 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a modified version of Crestapol® 1260 but with an extended open or work time. It is a low-viscosity urethane acrylate type resin that is suitable for infusion, resin transfer molding (RTM), and similar processes at room temperature and can be infused at vacuum levels down to -1.0 bar. This product produces laminates with high strength, toughness, and exceptional water and hydrolysis resistance.

Crystic® Transfer Molding Resin 785PALR is a pre-accelerated, DCPD-based polyester resin specifically designed for use in the resin transfer molding (RTM) applications. It is recommended for use when longer gel times are required, and Butanox M50 is the recommended catalyst.

Crestafire® P1-3001E is a filled, fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It incorporates a special grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. Crestafire® P1-3001E is extra stabilized for transport, storage, and use in high-temperature climates. It is halogen free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 783PA is a pre-accelerated, isophthalic polyester resin, designed for use in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding). It is a versatile resin, with good mechanical properties and impact resistance, recommended for the manufacture of mouldings for use in structural, high performance applications.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 5008ST is a non accelerated orthophtalic resin designed for use by RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) techniques, with excellent mechanical properties. Its rheology makes it suitable to be processed by vacuum injection or wet press as well.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin 5046PA is a filled, orthophthalic, pre-accelerated, unsaturated polyester resin suitable for fire retardant applications. It is designed for manufacturing composite parts using hand layup or injection processes. This product is ideal for demanding applications in buildings, public transport, and railways. It has excellent fire resistance and a Q rating of 0.53, achieving M1/F2 standards as a fully cured laminate with Gelcoat 967 PA FR. This product has a low viscosity, which lowers consumption and enhances suitability for RTM processes. The low styrene content also provides better comfort for users, and the stability provides low filler sedimentation. Pigments and additional fillers can be added to this resin. However, their effects should be tested in workshop conditions before being added to the formulation.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 782PA is an orthophthalic polyester resin, designed for use in RTM. It is a versatile resin, ideally suited to environments where heat and chemical resistance are both required. Crystic® 782 is a non-accelerated version of this resin.

Crestapol® 1210A Urethane Acrylate Resin is a tough, low-viscosity resin with rapid cure capabilities that can be highly filled. It is specifically designed for use in closed-mold processes. It exhibits excellent toughness and requires no post-cure treatment. The resin has a low viscosity.

Crystic® Transfer Molding Resin 1142PA is based on a tough, durable orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin, 1141. It is designed for use in resin transfer molding (RTM) and may also be used in other resin injection or vacuum-assisted techniques. The variant has a shorter gel time, making it ideal for achieving shorter process times.

Crestapol® 1210 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a tough, low-viscosity resin with a rapid cure that can be highly filled. It is designed for use in closed molding processes. Crestapol® 1210A is a partially pre-accelerated grade that is available. These products are not recommended for open mold applications.

Crestapol® 1260 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a low-viscosity urethane acrylate type resin. It is suitable for infusion, resin transfer molding (RTM), and similar processes at room temperature. This product can be infused at vacuum levels down to -1.0 bar. It produces laminates with high strength, toughness, and exceptional water and hydrolysis resistance.

Crestapol® 1211A Urethane Acrylate Resin is a partially accelerated, filled, tough urethane acrylate resin designed for applications requiring the highest levels of fire and smoke performance. It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable for the production of laminates where excellent fire resistance and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. This product is halogen-free and does not contain heavy metals.

espol™ 39.00 is a novalac-based epoxy vinyl ester resin designed to provide exceptional mechanical and chemical resistance properties at high operating temperatures. Its novolac-based backbone imparts it with excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals and oxidizing environments. It brings in enhanced durability, showing excellent long-term retention of strength and toughness at elevated temperatures.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 785PA is apre-accelerated, DCPD based, polyester resin designed for use in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding). It has a lower styrene content than conventional RTM resins and can significantly reduce the occurrence of print through, to produce moldings with an enhanced surface finish.

Crystic® Polyester Resin U904LVK is an orthophtalic, pre accelerated, non thixotropic, unsaturated polyester resin. It has to be used when good mechanical properties and good heat resistance are required. The product has been designed to be catalysed with a conventional MEKP at 50% while giving a very fast demold time under quite low exotherm.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 1143PA is based on a tough, durable orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin for closed mould use. It is designed for use in Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) and may be used in other resin injection or vacuum assisted techniques.

espol™ 19.00 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin suitable for the resin transfer molding (RTM) process. It has been specifically formulated for non-critical and general-purpose applications where high reactivity is desirable. It is designed for laminates that need a very fast cure under closed-mold conditions.
