espol™ 38.05 is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic vinyl ester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemical environments at room and elevated temperatures. It is specifically designed for pultrusion applications. Due to its high elongation and flexibility, espol™ 38.05 can also be used in tooling and mold making.

Crestapol® 1214 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a tough, low-shrink, high-quality, surface-finish urethane acrylate resin for pultrusion. When filled with ATH, it has very high fire, smoke, and toxic fume performances, along with an excellent surface finish. It lacks cracking in the central sections.

Crestapol® 1250 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a low-viscosity urethane acrylate resin. It is designed for maximum wet out for pultruding fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other fibers. This product efficiently produces fast-curing, very tough, high-strength composites with superior water and hydrolysis resistance. Run times and formulation will depend on the geometry and complexity of the die. It will run very fast, making for very efficient pultruded parts.

Crestapol® 1213A Urethane Acrylate Resin is a thermosetting resin based on methacrylates that is amine pre-accelerated and heavily filled with 170 phr alumina trihydrate (ATH) fire retardant filler to achieve excellent low smoke and low toxicity fire performance. This resin is developed specially for both hand lamination and closed mold applications.

ISO112 is an isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin type 1140 according to DIN 16946-2. ISO112 is particular indicated in outdoor application.

HexTow® AS4 carbon fiber is a continuous, high strength, high strain, PAN based fiber available in 3,000 (3K), 6,000 (6K) and 12,000 (12K) filament count tows. This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties, and is suggested for use in weaving, prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion. AS4-GP 3k (1%), AS4-GP 12k (0.9%), and AS4 12k carbon fibers have been qualified to NMS 818 Carbon Fiber Specification (NCAMP). This allows customers to call out an industry standard, aerospace grade carbon fiber without the need to write and maintain their own specification.

EPOVIA OPTIMUM® KRF 1051 - Novolac Epoxy Resin based vinyl ester in styrene. It is used to produce pipes and tanks through filament winding,hand lay up and spray up,pultrusion method.

DISTITRON® 183 B1 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic. It is used to produce production of gelcoat through mix with fillers and/or additives.

AKSACA™ 12K A-49 is a High Quality Carbon Fiber.

Conformat® N720 is a continuous strand, glass fiber reinforcing mat. N720 is a semi-porous reinforcing mat developed specifically for pultrusion applications requiring reinforcement and enhanced surface appearance.

469L Roving is used in filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications in polyester resin systems or vinyl resin systems. The direct rovings can be used to manufacture the optical cable reinforced core, pultruded profiles and multi-axial fabrics.

Muehlmeier E-glass mat E-CSM - powder bonded E-CSM 225 consists of cut and non-orientated E-glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a powder mat binder on polyester base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact – or continuous processes. The mat is suitable for UP, EP and vinyl ester resins.

G-TAPE U395P is a unidirectional fiberglass tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 420 gsm. It is used in particular in the Marine industry to reinforce longitudinal parts (floor beams, omega profiles, etc.).
