Lerpol 312 is a IsoPhtalic resin for infusion. They are formulated with and without mineral fillers. Characterized by easy flow, good curing and excellent surface quality.

Vist Composite SK2VF180-1 is a transparent nylon vacuum film with good elongation for processes up to 180°C. The product is used in various processes for the manufacture of parts from polymer composite materials.

Pet Foam is a thermoplastic core material suitable for a variety of sandwich applications to increase performance and reduce weight. VALMIERA GLASS® SiO2-glass provides high-silica needled mats (KF) with thermal resistance of 1000oC or higher. Silica needled mats are a new generation heat resistant material that can be used for extended periods of time without losing properties or melting and vaporizing at temperatures of up to 1000°C. The mats are also resistant to organic and mineral acids (except hydrofluoric and phosphoric), weak alkali, water, and high-pressure steam, and have low thermal conductivity.

Wrightlon® 600V vacuum bagging film is designed for low cost, commercial applications yet still performs with high pressure autoclave cure cycles. It has good elongation and stays soft in low humidity conditions.

Lavecoat FT Represents an evolution in the flame retardant gelcoat range since thanks to its intumescent properties it provides high fire protection combined with a very low smoke emission. In combination with Lerpol RS61, it enables the manufacturing of parts rated class HL3 in R1 and R7 according to EN 45545 norms.

Ipplon® DPT1000 is a high temperature nylon film for cure temperatures up to 246°C. It can be used when high temperature and high pressure are required. It is the recommended material for cures with phenolic resins.

PLEXUS™ 44F Synthetic Macrofibers are high tensile fibers manufactured from a blend of 100% virgin polyolefin resins. FABPRO’s PLEXUS™ Macrofibers meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete”.

Barymat BTMM-14C is a versatile and durable noise barrier / absorption material. The composite consists of (from top down) a metallized mylar facing that has high contamination resistance and light reflectivity, 1.0 in. of acoustic urethane foam for sound absorption, a loaded, flexible 1.6 lb. per sq. ft. barrier for transmission loss and a .25 In. urethane foam decoupler. It is suitable for very dirty, wet or oily environments and can be exposed to direct spray.

Wrightlon® 6400 is a nylon bagging film with a good elongation for cure temperatures up to 204°C.

Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials ROVING FOR CHOPPED STRAND MAT 201 is compatible with polyester,vinyl ester and epoxy resins,principally used to produce CSM and stitch combo mats.

Lerpol 4633 is a DCDP medium HDT. They are formulated for rapid impregnation of fibers, no sagging on vertical surfaces and excellent throughcure. Various formulations are available, suitable for different thicknesses and different operating conditions. They are also available in low styrene emission version.

Stretchlon® HT-350 is a higher temperature version of Stretchlon® 200. It can be used with all standard epoxy resin systems. The very high elongation makes this film easy to use on contour lay-ups and is an excellent choice for ply compaction. It is not recommended for autoclave processing. This film is not affected by low humidity conditions.

Ipplon® KM1300 is a vacuum bagging film with a good elongation and is suitable for cure temperatures up to 212°C. It is recommended for bagging applications where a higher softness is required. An excellent film for autoclave use or resin infusion.

The resin system has been developed to offer a long out life and flexible cure schedules and can be applied to a wide range of high performance fibers. Toray 8020 is compatible for co-cure with Toray’s resin film, Toray 8020, and Toray’s syntactic core, Toray MicroPly™ SC8020A.

Toray E720 is a 120°C (248°F) cure toughened epoxy prepreg. E720 offers excellent adhesive properties, allowing direct lamination to honeycomb without the use of a film adhesive. E720 is designed for structural Applicationss in motorsport and marine industries. E720 would also suit general aircraft fittings, sporting equipment, and a wide range of engineering Applicationss. Toray E720 is compatible for co-cure with Toray’s 120°C (248°F) cure resin film MicroPly™ EF72 and syntactic core Toray MicroPly™ SC72A. Econolon® is an inexpensive nylon bagging film for low temperature cures, compaction or debulking.

Stretchlon® 200 vacuum bag film is a high elongation elastomeric film which can be used for cures up to 121°C and debulking operations. When parts with multiple contours are vacuum bagged, Stretchlon® 200 is an excellent choice as the high elongation will stretch into complex features. This film is not affected by low humidity environment. It is recommended for cures with epoxy and phenolic resins.
