AFCONA 7202 is mainly recommended for UPE resin systems. It is considered to be a moderately strong defoamer, so it is not suitable for unpigmented or clear systems. Adding AFCONA - 7202 to resin may result in in-can haziness, but this will have a minimal effect on the final gloss and will not affect the other properties of the system.

Afcona - 2020 serves as a very strong defoamer suitable for most solvent-based coatings. However, it is not appropriate for transparent, high-gloss clear topcoats.

Afcona - 2050 is a strong defoamer suitable for most solvent-based coatings.

Afcona - 2723 serves as a defoamer and air-releaser for unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, UV, and epoxy resin systems.
