JetFil® M300 is available in densified form to improve feeding, enhance extrusion throughput, and reduce dusting. These characteristics impart a wide range of benefits to formulations from thickening and reinforcement to free flow and anti-settling. In addition the treatment imparts added water repellency, corrosion resistance, as well as thickening of complex liquid systems.

These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.
