Boratherm™ SA 0020 spherical alumina particles are made from a special fusion process using high-quality ground alumina material. Boratherm™ SA grades are used in various applications because of their high thermal conductivity, heat resistance, and low thermal expansion. Due to the sphericity of the particles and the possibility to combine grades, one can obtain very high packing densities, resulting in formulations with excellent thermal conduction while maintaining low viscosity and easy application.
