WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. It is primarily used for formulating single-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers, which are commonly used as anti-corrosive coatings. This product is particularly suitable for applications in marine, protective, and industrial coatings.

VINNAPAS® EP 6300 is a high-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with carboxylation. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. This dispersion exhibits excellent adhesion to films and metals, and it also offers impressive cohesive film strength. Furthermore, it has the ability to be crosslinked.

WACKER® Silicate MKS is an ethyl silicate binder suitable for the formulation of one-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers. These primers are excellent anti-corrosive coatings. WACKER® Silicate MKS is a binder with outstanding anti-setting properties. Paints formulated with it are easy to stir up, even if they have been stored for a long time.

Dynasylan® SIVO 110 stands as a versatile, virtually VOC-free, water-borne sol-gel system. It integrates organofunctional silanes with nanoscale SiO2 particles. This product, available as an opaque to milky, colorless to slightly yellow, low-viscosity liquid, can be diluted in water and common organic solvents. Dynasylan® SIVO 110 features reactive silanol groups and Si-bonded epoxy-based organic functionalities.

Dynasylan® SIVO 160 presents a water-borne, storage-stable silane-based sol-gel system engineered for formulating inorganic surface treatment primers. A part of the SIVO® SOL Technology, it inherits the benefits of its established series counterparts by excluding heavy metals, fluorides, and solvents. Designed for minimal volatile organic content, its polymeric nature endows it with high reactivity. This is highlighted by its remarkably low curing temperature range of 20 to 80 °C, a significant advancement for water-borne sol-gel systems. Dynasylan® SIVO 160, appearing as a clear to slightly opaque, colorless to slightly yellow, low-viscosity liquid, offers versatile utility.

Acrylic Bead Resins TB-322 is a solid bead methacrylate copolymer intended for use in solvent-based coating systems where improved adhesion to difficult metals is important. TB-322 exhibits excellent outdoor durability. SYNTHALAT F 334 is a short-oil alkyd resin. This product is suitable for primers and single-coat laquers in aromatic-free solvents for universal use with good adhesion to steel, wood, and non-ferrous metals. It has applications in primers and lacquers, marine transportation, marine coatings, industrial coatings, and industrial maintenance. 

SYNTHALAT A 065 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Primarily used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying coatings for metals, woods, and plastics. These types of 2 components are preferably used in fields where high coating qualities are required but where stoving is impossible due to the size or heat-sensitivity of the object to be coated. Its applications lie in numerous fields, like furniture, marine transportation, wood flooring, industrial maintenance, and marine coatings.

SYNTHALAT F 330 is a short-oil, air-drying alkyd resin. This is suitable for air-drying general purpose primers that can be overpainted with stoving, nitrocellulose, PVC, chlorinated rubber, and 2-component acrylic lacquers without lifting. It has applications in industrial maintenance, marine transportation, marine coatings, primers and lacquers, and metal coatings. 

SYNTHALAT PL 754 is a urethane modified long-oil alkyd. This is suitable for fast-drying industrial and anti-corrosive lacquers for steel and metallic substrates. It is also recommended for 1-component wood and parquet flloring. It has applications in architectural coatings, metal coatings, marine coatings, industrial coatings, and also in other consumer applications.

SYNTHALAT A 200 is an acrylic/epoxide resion cross-linked with polyisocyanate. It is used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air-drying and oven-drying two-component primers with excellent filling properties, quick drying, and good adhesion to steel, aluminum, and zinc, which gives good results in condensed moisture tests and salt spray tests. Wherever there is a requirement for maximum corrosion resistance and adhesion, this type of 2-component primer is used. It has applications in industrial maintenance, primers and lacquers, and metal coatings.

SYNTHALAT TH 30 HS is a short-oil alkyd resin modified with phenolic resin. Air-drying and oven-drying primer coatings for industrial applications such as machinery and steel construction. The relatively low viscosity allows the preparation of primers and topcoat varnishes with significantly higher non-volatile content and good drying properties, also in thicker coating layers. It has applications in marine transportation, industrial maintenance, marine coatings, and wood flooring.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-200F is a moderate molecular weight, moderate hydroxyl number resin consisting of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). This product has been developed in flake form in order to enable formulators to meet VOC and HAPS regulations. This resin can be dissolved in VOC and HAPS exempt solvents such as acetone, Oxsol® 100, t-butyl acetate, and dimethyl carbonate to meet the strictest air quality requirements. AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-916F is a low molecular weight resin that is used to create coatings with high crosslink density. This resin is made of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE) and comes in flake form to comply with regulations for VOC and HAPS. It can be dissolved in solvents that are exempt from these regulations, such as acetone, Oxsol® 100, t-butyl acetate, and dimethyl carbonate.
