Jalpon™ 1500A is a rust preventive base compound that is comprised primarily of gelled calcium sulfonate and a proprietary wax blend. The combination of high non-volatiles and moderately high viscosity will produce firm and waxy films that performs well under severe conditions, particularly salt environments. This product can be used “as is”, further diluted or formulated, using a variety of compatible coating components.

Jalpon™ 1760LF is concentrated, thixotropic gelled sulfonates in mineral spirit carriers. Their high solids content allows for easy formulation of reduced VOC solvent-based industrial coatings. Jalpon™ 1760LF is compatible with a wide variety of raw materials and will offer superior corrosion protection and resistance to dripping and flow in finished coatings. Jalpon™ 1760LF should be further formulated by blending with other film formers such as oils, waxes or petrolatum to insure a continuous film and optimum performance. In addition to corrosion protection, they impart good rheology characteristics to paints, rust preventives, and coatings. Jalpon™ 1760LF can also be of value in the dispersion of pigments in highly formulated coatings.

Ammonium benzoate, a coarse, white powder, ammonium benzoate is used in the coatings industry as a cost-effective, amine-free flash rust inhibitor for ferrous substrates.

Jalpon™ 5312 is a high solids, lower VOC rust preventive concentrate comprised of gelled calcium sulfonate, oxidate, waxes and other ingredients which yields a relatively dripless, long term waxy rust preventive coating.

Synbar™ OB68 is a cost effective overbased barium sulfonate offering excellent demulsibility, detergency, and optimal non-staining rust and corrosion protection, even under acidic conditions. It also exhibits good compatibility with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

NACORR® 1351 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor based on the calcium salt of an aromatic sulfonic acid. NACORR® 1351 promotes pigment dispersion when a small amount is used in the grind, thereby reducing grind time, increasing pigment loading, and improving color strength. It improves gloss properties when used as a dispersant in the grind.

DYTEK® BHMT (bis-hexamethylene triamine) is a long chain triamine that is used as a binder in asphalt, as a phosphonate scavenger and flocculant in oil & gas applications, and as a hardener in epoxy coating and adhesive applications.

Corrosion protection additive for solvent borne coating systems. KORRODUR is primarily a rust converting additive for solvent borne alkyd resin paints. KORRODUR also has a good anticorrosive effect in solvent-based coating systems based on epoxy, chlorinated rubber or acrylic binders. Typical applications are: Anticorrosive primers, One-coat anticorrosive systems, Maintenance finishes. For aluminum-pigmented systems we recommend KORRODUR AL 2.

The Fine Zinc Powder 4P/32 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

The Fine Zinc Powder FH 400 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

Habicor® Paste 180 chemical structure is strontium chromate (SrCrO4) in methyl n-amyl ketone.

Novinox®ePAZ is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®ePAZ is suitable for a wide range of solvent and water based resins. Novinox®ePAZ is also an excellent alternative to chromate in coil coatings, epoxy and alkyd resin systems.

Zinchem Zinc Dust - Micron 5 Type I uses a uniquely designed Zinc Dust plant (world-wide patents pending) to produce a range of zinc dust with the highest purity and a finely, uniformly controlled particle size. The range complies with the ASTM D520 standard.The zinc dust is suitable for both organic and inorganic primers. The complete range ensures that the different dry film thickness for a range of zinc primers can be attained.

Genable® 3000 dispersion consists of graphene nanoplatelets stabilized in epoxy resin (EEW = 190g/eq.). The graphene nanoplatelets are a synthesized form of graphene produced by a patented process. A formulation-ready Genable® epoxy resin, Genable® 3000 dispersion has been developed to enhance the anti-corrosion performance of coatings on steel substrates by the use of a patented active, non-metallic anti-corrosion additive.

Delaphos® 2 is a pigment that will inhibit metal surface corrosion when properly incorporated in a wide variety of solvent based and water based paint primer systems.

NiCHEM No. 6 Barium Chromate is low salt and meets Military specification MIL-B550A Grade A.

The Fine Zinc Powder 4P/64 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

NiCHEM No. 2 Basic Zinc Chromate is a corrosion inhibiting pigment with low solubility. It is especially suited for pretreatment primers (wash primers) and meets government specifications.

RAYBO 60 NoRust is a versatile and extremely effective flash rust inhibitor. It contains both vapor phase and contact corrosion inhibitors. As a result, RAYBO 60 prevents flash rusting in latex systems intended for direct to metal application. It also provides corrosion protection to unlined cans.

Habicor® Paste 3 chemical structure is barium chromate (BaCrO4) in xylene.

ADDAPT BioWet 60 is a solvent free, ready biodegradable Glass Adhesion promoter and Glass Corrosion inhibitor for aqueous systems on glass substrates. A proprietary blend of PolyAlkylene Glycols and Polyhydroxy – Amide. All constituents are EINECS registered and comply with the FDA regulation (incidental contact with foodstuff).

ADDAPT® Anticor L 4783 is a water-soluble multi-metal anti-corrosion additive. It is a proprietary blend of PolyHydroxycarbonate and Silanes. All constituents comply with the FDA regulation.

Novinox®PAS is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAS is suitable for a wide range of resins, both solvent and water based systems. Novinox®PAS is also an excellent alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings.

Waynflash™ 115 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor that is based on WPC’s nitrite free chemistry. It is a highly effective inhibitor against flash rusting on ferrous substrates (such as galvanized steel) during the aqueous paint phase. Typical use levels range from 0.25 – 1.0% based upon total formula weight. It can be used in any water based primer or DTM system. Waynflash™ 115 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

Ultraflon FP-20 series represent premium, fluorinated ethylene-propylene powder (FEP) additives. FP-20 is characterized by comparatively lower molecular weight. It demonstrates the highest melt flow index (MFI) when compared to other grades within the Ultraflon FP series additives. FP-20 is manufactured from ultra-high purity FEP, and micronized in clean room conditions to preserve its pristine form.

ProHere® E 00015 is designed for formulating anti-corrosion primers and pre-treatment sealers for metallic substrates to provide excellent adhesion to various metallic substrates like steel, electroplated steel and aluminum. In addition, it provides excellent water resistance and chemical resistance to acids and many solvents.

Shandong Jiqing Chemical Zinc Aluminate is a high-efficiency smoke-suppressing flame retardant, an ideal substitute for zinc borate, and has passed EU regulations.
