Sterocoll® BL is an anionic acrylic acid copolymer dispersion used as a water retention viscosity modifier and thickener for coatings on paper and paperboard. It enhances viscosity independently of pH and allows for a substantial increase in coat weight applied in size press and coating processes with minimal addition (0.1%). Sterocoll BL also improves the runnability of metered size presses by reducing backing roll build-up.

Dispex® CX 4910 is a highly effective, low-viscosity dispersing agent for "dry systems" requiring the addition of water for activation before use, commonly applied in plasters, wall finishes, cement, and tile adhesives. The ratio of mono-alkyl to di-alkyl phosphate allows Harcryl® 1228 to be easily incorporated into a variety of polymer systems. The polarity of Harcryl® 1228 provides for application in hydrophilic formulations as well. The primary use area for Harcryl® 1228 is emulsion polymerization and it is inhibited with 400ppm of added hydroquinone.
