SILRES® 64558 VP is a toluene-based, ready-to-use formulation based on polysiloxanes and silicone resins. The product is preferably used as a binder in highly flexible composite tapes or as an intermediate to manufacture silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) formulations. In composite tapes, SILRES® 64558 VP contributes to the tapes' excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Besides, composite tapes made with SILRES® 64558 VP are highly stable against environmental impacts such as moisture, pollutants, and UV light, allowing them to be exposed continuously to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

ELASTOSIL® N291 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature or at high temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture. It is specifically designed for printing sealing patterns on various substrates, such as steel or cylinder head gaskets containing or free of sulfur. This can be achieved using silk-screen printing techniques.

SILFAR® S 188 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent that has been specifically formulated for use in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It functions by acting as an antifoam agent, effectively preventing or alleviating flatulence in the digestive system. Additionally, it forms a protective lining on various surfaces, such as the gastric mucous membrane, providing additional benefits.

SILRES® BS 310 is a solventless emulsion that can be thinned with water. It consists of polysiloxane modified with a functional silicone resin. This product is specifically designed to be added to aqueous masonry coatings and primers, either during or after their manufacture. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 310 serves as an additive for aqueous indoor paints or coatings. Its purpose is to enhance the workability of the paint or coating, resulting in improved application properties. This product is highly compatible with indoor paints and has a positive influence on wetting and leveling properties.

DEHESIVE® PSA 850 R is a solvent-based silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive intended for coating films but also other substrates. It can be used for coating several film  substrates, such as polyester, polyamide, polyimide, and others, for the manufacture of different silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and other articles.

SILFAR® E 1049 is a silicone fluid emulsion specifically formulated for a wide range of applications, including those in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is composed of components that meet the necessary standards outlined in the relevant EP and USP monographs. SILFAR® E 1049 can be utilized as an excipient in pharmaceutical products, although it cannot be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient.

DEHESIVE® 811 is a solvent-based condensation-curing silicone specifically recommended for release coatings. It exhibits good release stability after post cure and provides excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. This product is suitable for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. It is specifically designed for European use as a processing aid in food production, based on E 900. It is important for the food manufacturer to ensure that only minimal traces of the product are present in the final food, as per the necessary regulations.

SILRES® REN 50 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin available as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol (9:1). It is primarily employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 50 finds extensive use as a binder in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. Furthermore, it exhibits fast drying characteristics, forming a tack-free film at ambient temperature.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 90 is a solvent-free hydrogenpolysiloxane containing reactive Si-H groups. It is known for its fast curing properties, good release stability, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. The fast-curing properties of WACKER® Crosslinker V 90 also enable the use of a low platinum concentration.

ELASTOSIL® N294 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that vulcanizes either at room temperature or at high temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N294 is available in blue and red colors. It is particularly suited for screen printing.

SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM is a medium- to high-viscosity antifoam emulsion that finds application in various industries. This silicone fluid emulsion, based on E 900, is exclusively permitted for use as a processing aid in food applications. It is crucial for food producers to ensure that only technically unavoidable traces of SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM are present in the final food product.

SILRES® BS SMK 2101 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield a microemulsion. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 58 is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. It offers excellent cure properties, allowing for low platinum concentration and low temperature cure. This crosslinker provides good release stability, ensuring consistent performance over time. It also demonstrates good anchorage, which may vary depending on the substrates used.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

SILFAR® S 184 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent specially designed for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It fully adheres to the specifications outlined in the "Simeticone (EP)" and "Simethicone (USP)" monographs. Produced under cGMP guidelines, SILFAR® S 184 is suitable for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), particularly in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

WACKER® E22A is a nonionic silicone emulsion consisting of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It has a fine particle size and offers ease and versatility of application. It can be utilized in different applications, such as a general-purpose release agent, an ironing aid in aerosol formulations of starch, a printing additive in offset printing, and a release agent for foundries. It also exhibits good wetting and spreading properties.

WACKER® E 3154 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion containing a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It maintains stability against shear stress, even in diluted form. The emulsion demonstrates outstanding wetting and spreading properties. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3154 is suitable for formulating universal release agents used in rubber processing.

ELASTOSIL® Film 2030 is a high-precision silicone film made from cross-linked silicone rubber. The film shows a maximum thickness variation across the total width of less than ±5%. The precision allows for constant electrical resistance and good comparative tracking resistance across a broad range of temperatures.

SILFOAM® SE 33 is a medium viscosity silicone defoamer emulsion with a 20% active ingredient content. It is specifically formulated to control foam in aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 33 is suitable for use in alkaline and high-temperature applications. This product offers excellent foam knockdown properties and provides longer-lasting prevention of foam reoccurrence compared to many conventional defoamers.

WACKER® E 3157 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane dispersed in water. The emulsion remains stable even in diluted form under shear stress and offers excellent wetting and spreading properties. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3157 is particularly suitable for formulating paint and vinyl conditioners.

WACKER® IM 11 is a polydimethylsiloxane having carbinol functional groups in α,ω-position. WACKER® IM 11 can be used neat, in a solution, or as an emulsion. Suitable solvents for WACKER® IM 11 are aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, higher alcohols, and ketones.

Wacker Chemie Print Aid E 100 AS is a non-ionic emulsion of a medium-viscosity dimethyl silicone fluid, specifically developed as a processing aid for the offset printing industry. Its low viscosity enables easy pumpability and in-line dilution. The product is compatible with various additives commonly used in the print industry. It offers excellent slip, lubrication, and antiblocking properties while also providing effective antistatic properties.

Wacker Chemie SG 3380 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer and a trisiloxane superwetting molecule with organofunctional groups at the terminal positions and hydroxyl end-capping. Due to its unique structure, SG 3380 exhibits high surface activity and effectively spreads on nearly any surface. It reduces the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and acts as a highly effective wetting agent.

SILCO® GA 5157 is a highly effective leveling and surface additive that improves slip, leveling, and scratch resistance. This organomodified polysiloxane is particularly recommended for water and solvent-based formulations.
