TIVAR® Sterra™ DrySlide UHMW-PE is an internally lubricated product. This lubricant is built into the PE-UHMW matrix with a higher molecular weight. It offers a lower coefficient of friction and enhanced wear and abrasion resistance than TIVAR® 1000 PE-UHMW. The additives used also make this material static dissipative and considerably improves UV-resistance. As part of the Sterra™ product portfolio, this material contains recycled content and exhibits a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to similar materials derived from non-recycled feedstocks.

TRECORA OXIDIZED POLYETHYLENE WAX – OX7 is oxidized High Density Polyethylene Wax used in applications where compatibility with polar systems are required. They can also be used in aqueous systems like wax dispersions used in coating and other industrial applications.

Inhance Fluoro-Seal UH-1500 are a range of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) particles that are surface activated, making them highly compatible and dispersible in formulated systems. Posessing surface energies up to 60 dynes/cm, these particles are easily dispersible in CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) formulations, imparting abrasion resistance, wear resistance, reducing coefficient of friction and increasing mechanical strength.

This material is used for applications that involve manufacturing and transportation at high pressure. The balance quantity of micro glass beads in Original Material "S" plus+® GB provide the combined benefits of extremely high molecular weight polyethylene and glass. The glass beads that protrude from the surface provide a rounded and hard sliding surface. A member of the S plus family Production based on PE-UHMW SG 1.1.

Gichem FP02/TE Polypropylene is PP 10% talc, esthetic, good thermal stability. High injection speed.

Armlen PP-1EX is a frost resistant polypropylene. Designed for injection molding and extrusion of various items and parts for construction, electrical tools, machine engineering, household appliances, transportation and etc. Available in black color.

TPX™ is a crystalline thermoplastic with a very low-density value of 0.82 g/cc and unique permeability characteristics. Its typical color is a translucent milky white, however in thinner gage sheet and film the material is transparent.

Armlen PP GF 25-1IM is a 25% glass fiber, impact modified polypropylene. This material displays high mechanical, thermophysical and dielectric properties; material is resilient to hot and cold water, to nonpolar solvents and rigid environments (kerosene, gasoline, benzene etc.) and alkali and acids. Designed for injection molding of items and parts for wide solutions range: construction, electronics, auto industry, machine engineering, aviation, fire safety equipment, household, transportation etc. Available in black color.

Armlen PP MD 40-8.1TS is a 40% mineral filled, thermostabilized, polypropylene gomopropilen. This material displays high mechanical, thermophysical and dielectric properties; is resilient to cold and hot water, alkali, acids, detergents (acetone, spirits etc.), and benzene fumes. This material is compliant with Europesecurity requirements. Designed for injection molding of items and parts for wide solutions range: construction, electronics, auto industry, machine engineering, aviation, fire safety equipment, household, transportation etc. Including products exploited outdoor in natural light, precipitation and other weather factors. Available in gray color.

TABOREN-PH 89 T 20-075 is a compound based on polypropylene homopolymer filled with 20% of talc, stabilized with a high antioxidant package. It is designed for injection molding technology and used in many industrial fields with stress put on excellent processability and good surface performance. The grade is available in black color.

Xolefin® 3 ZXET is an irradiation crosslinked, closed-cell, Polyolefin Alloy foam. The ZXET products exhibit a fine uniform cell structure and excellent mechanical properties. The ZXET products are Stearate free, making them adhesive-friendly and offering superior adhesive anchorage. It is a ideal tape substrates for the most demanding tape applications.

TRECORA OXIDIZED POLYETHYLENE WAX – OX18 is oxidized High Density Polyethylene Waxes used in applications where compatibility with polar systems are required. They are used as internal lubricants in PVC extrusion.

TABOREN® PH 52 G 30-073 is a PP homopolymer, Filler: Glass fibers, Stabilization: Basic antioxidant.

A polyolefin-based, mineral filled, thermo-elastoplastic composite material. Contains modified additives, thermostabilizers and light-stabilizers. Displays a high resistance to ozone and atmosphere, to aggressive environments and polar solvents. Designed for isolation materials manufacture and protective shells for cables and wires; rubbers exploited in a temperature range of -60 °C – 90 °C (capable to withstand a short heat to 105 °C). Unlike rubbers, this material is capable to endure many recycles, along with dye with super concentrates in the process of product manufacture. Available in natural and black colors.

Y-120 is a propylene homo polymer designed for stretched products such as flat yarn It is a low flow rate resin with a broad molecular weight distribution. It complies with FDA regulation.

A 40% mineral filled, thermostabilized, polypropylene gomopropilen. This material displays high resilience to impact loads, good rigidity and dimensional stability. This material is compliant with European security requirements. Available in white color.

C4-LLDPE and HDPE are mainly used for seasoning tubes, blown bottles, water supply pipes and various industrial products, which have a good balance of flexibility and processability.

GalFoam™ GA40 is manufactured in rolls using extrusion technology. GalFoam is developed and produced in-house which is a extruded role foam.

Gichem DG06/KM Polypropylene is PP copolymer, 30% talc, good mechanical properties.

Protec® CoPP provides high levels of impact and corrosion resistance. It’s a great material for tank fabrication, orthotic and prosthetic devices, and many more applications.

PP glass fiber 35% reinforced

Original Material "S" plus+® AB contains special substances that prevent the growth of bacteria and other microbes at the same time as protecting the environment and people. The material is thus ideally suited for use when manufacturing and processing foods. It can reduce the growth of microbes on surfaces by between 99.96 to 99.99% in comparison with materials with no special additives. This means that it can virtually eradicate unpleasant smells and the formation of biofilm. Original Material "S" plus+® AB combines antibacterial properties with exceptional characteristics of the "S" plus+® family. A member of the S plus family Production based on PE-UHMW SG 1.2.

TABOREN® PH 22 B 25 is a PP homopolymer, Filler: Barium Sulfate, Stabilization: Basic antioxidant.

NGL250IG is a Butene co-monomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene Resin manufactured by IEPL using "SCLAIRTECH" solution polymerisation process of DU Pont, Canada (Now Nova Chemicals) designed for Injection Molding application. As a copolymer it offers excellent processability, impact resistance, outstanding flexibility and warpage resistance.

TABOREN® PC 72 G 10 is a PP copolymer, Filler: Glass fibers, Stabilization: Basic antioxidant.

JM-370 is high impact block copolymer which has more ethylene contents than normal block copolymer. This grade is designed to be processed in conventional Injection molding equipment. JM-370 shows better impact resistance than normal block copolymer and has good physical property balance.

PP glass fiber 45% reinforced

B-320 is impact block copolymer which has ethylene-propylene rubber inside homo polypropylene. This grade can be processed by sheet extrusion. B-320 shows good impact resistance at low temperature and has also high strength. It has good vacuum molding property, suitable for the production of vacuum molding goods. B-320 is applied to food packaging tray, various industrial sheets.

Flametec® CP-5 is formulated for fire safety in cleanroom applications. It provides a more competitive alternative when a factory mutual listing is not required.
