CHT Group QSil 553 is a 2-component silicone elastomer system specially designed for electronic potting and encapsulation applications. It offers good protection against chemicals, environmental contamination, mechanical shock, vibration, and impact damage. It can be employed in areas where low flammability is a prerequisite. The cured elastomer can be repaired. The component parts have relatively low viscosities and are readily mixed, either by hand or machine.

CHT Group AS1740 is part of a range of high-performance RTVs. It is a neutral cure silicone sealant specifically designed to meet the physical, chemical, and temperature resistance requirements of MIL-A-46146B. KF Polymer (PVDF) is a crystalline fluorocarbon resin with a high molecular weight polymer of vinylidene fluoride that contains 59 percent fluorine by weight. PVDF, as a coating, provides an excellent corrosion barrier in temperatures ranging from -4°F to + 280°F. It is extremely tough, abrasion resistant, and easily machined.

Esnalube® 382 is a low VOC, thermally cured, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a silicate binder system. This coating is designed to provide anti-seize and anti-galling properties in fastener related applications. Esnalube® 382 also provides an extremely low coefficient of friction, very good chemical resistance properties and performs best over a wide range of loads. Specifications for Esnalube® 382 is approved/qualified to many aerospace and industrial specification.

BONDiT™ A-3 is a high performance, high temperature moisture resistant, primer, adhesive, adhesion promoter and additive used with metals, glass & ceramics, elastomers and polymers. BONDiT™ A-3 offers a wide range of capabilities for moisture resistance chemical bonding betweenminerals and polymers, as well as dissimilar polymers. it is used as a primer coat and additive for other BONDiT™ coatings and encapsulants.
