DeTERIC LP, CAS# 14960-06-6, is a high foaming sodium lauriminodipropionate. It is used in a wide variety of cleaners, aerosol formulations and foaming agents. Provides corrosion inhibition in acid systems. Stable in brine and hard water. A very mild amphoteric and safe enough for personal care applications such as foaming hand soaps. Ethylan 1005 is a nonionic surfactant based on a synthetic primary alcohol.

Barquat® MB-80 Antimicrobial contains the active substance C12-C16 Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (ADBAC). The active is a cationic molecule offering good surfactant properties and can be formulated together with non-ionic and/or amphoteric surfactants. This “first” generation quaternary ammonium compound has antimicrobial efficacy against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeast, and enveloped viruses.

Cola®Teric 2-COSF is a caprylic imidazoline derived amphoteric surfactant that provides excellent wetting, detergency, rinsibility, and effective hydrotroping properties in a wide range of electrolyte systems. This low to moderate foaming amphoteric is ideally suited for use in household and industrial cleaners, alkaline degreasers, transportation cleaners, and textile/carpet care formulations.

Colonial SOS is a highly biodegradable wetting agent that is stable under varying conditions of pH and temperature.

Cola®Teric MSC-NA is a mixed, short chain length imidazoline-derived amphoteric surfactant that provides effective wetting, detergency, and rinsibility in acid and alkaline systems. Its foaming properties are low and fast breaking. This amphoteric is ideal for use in high pressure spray cleaners, alkaline degreasers, acid cleaners, transportation cleaners, and various other hard surface detergent formulations.

Cola®Lux LO is an amine oxide that provides good detergency, exceptionally high foaming, and viscosity forming properties. This product is recommended for shampoos, handsoaps, bath products, creams and lotions, hair conditioners, dishwashing detergents, cleansers, and hard surface cleansers.

Cola®Teric MSC is a low foaming, biodegradable, amphoteric surfactant with excellent detergency, designed for use in either low or high temperature alkaline and acid cleaners. While some foaming occurs in both alkaline and acid cleaners when used in spray tanks, it is fast breaking and does not accumulate. This property can also prove advantageous when formulating "scrub-vac" cleaners such as those used on indoor-outdoor carpeting or hard surfaces. Cola®Teric MSC is an anhydrous, 100% active, liquid material that is ideally suited for use in dry products containing high percentages of caustic, such as heavy duty all-purpose industrial cleaners. In contrast to low foaming nonionic surfactants, Cola®Teric MSC exhibits low foaming properties even at low temperatures while still maintaining good detergent properties. In addition, it has been determined that up to equal parts of nonionics can be combined with ColaTeric MSC without losing these foaming properties. While ColaTeric MSC can be incorporated directly into aqueous alkaline systems, it neutralizes slowly and may take hours to achieve pH equilibrium. Cola®Teric MSC is readily soluble in aqueous acid systems.

Cola®Teric AP is a salt-free organophosphate amphoteric that provides hydrotroping properties in high alkaline built systems that are formulated with conventional and capped low foaming nonionics. Cola®Teric AP improves the rinsibility of these systems by providing less streaking and redeposition of soil on the cleaned surface. Cola®Teric AP also enhances the detergency of nonionics. Cola®Teric AP is suited for use in industrial detergent cleaners, such as alkaline metal cleaning, high pressure spray cleaners, alkaline degreasers, scrubbing compounds, acid cleaners, transportation cleaners and various other hard surface detergent formulations. Detergency Enhancement - In alkaline metal cleaning tests, Cola®Teric AP, when mixed at equal activity with all ethoxylated nonionics, provides dramatic improvement of hard surface detergency properties. Blends containing Cola®Teric AP significantly outperformed blends containing similar concentrations of sodium xylene sulfonate.

Cola®Trope OD is a highly effective hydrotropes with excellent environmental attributes. Many hydrotropes currently on the market today are made from environmentally unfriendly materials. For the formulator who is formulating safer, "green" products, hydrotropes such as SXS and cresylic acid based hydrotropes are no longer safe and environmentally acceptable. Cola®Trope OD is derived from natural sources and are non-petroleum based materials. Cola®Trope OD is more effective than sodium xylene sulfonate and has excellent wetting and detergency properties and soluble in up to 20% KOH and 15% NaOH. Cola®Trope OD is a moderate foamer that is useful in developing vertical foaming cleaners. It is recommended for neutral to alkaline pH formulations and not to be used in acid pH formulations. Cola®Terge 102 is a high performance blend of surfactants designed for use in water-based degreasing and hard surface cleaning applications. It is a fast wetter for penetrating soils and surfaces and a powerful emulsifier while holding soils in suspension. Cola®Terge 102 is suitable for use in alkaline, acidic and general purpose cleaners. The simple combination of Cola®Terge 102 with or without builders makes an excellent water-based degreaser.

Colonial DF-20 is an anionic modified polyether that behaves as an anionic in alkali concentrates but displays nonionic cloud point behavior in diluted use solutions. This unique surfactant is intended for use in highly alkaline, built liquid cleaner concentrates. Colonial DF-20 exhibits very low foam and excellent hard-surface detergency when used at temperatures above its cloud point in use solutions. It is very eff ective in power-wash metal cleaners, low foam fl oor cleaners, steam cleaners, liquid dishwashing compounds and other low-foam cleaning applications.

Cola®Det OKC-40 is ideal for formulators seeking organic certification who plan to label their products as “Made with Organic…” and be in certified compliance with the National Organic Program (7CFR Part 205). Cola®Det OKC-40 is derived from 70% or greater raw ingredients and is processed to meet the Certified Organic requirements. Cola®Det OKC-40 is a pure potassium cocoate soap that exhibits excellent flash foam, good color and low odor. Cola® Det DEF-45 is a DEA-free citrus oil emulsifier designed to yield micro-emulsions of non-polar solvents. A wide range of hard surface cleaners, waterless hand cleaners, and degreasers can be formulated with this product. It is most effective in blends containing d-limonene, terpenes, naphthenic pine oils and Exxate type solvents. Appropriate blends of these oils can produce highly synergistic cleaners.

Cola®Lux SO provides good detergency, exceptionally high foaming, and viscosity forming properties. It can be formulated with anionic, nonionic, and cationic materials. Cola®Terge 226 is an optimized blend of nonionic and cationic surfactants, intended to be used for water-based degreasing. A cleaning formulation based on Cola®Terge 226 can often replace a solvent because of the efficient cleaning effect on grease and oil. When an oily soil contains a lot of soot and pigments, the cleaning effect will often be much better than with conventional products. A water-based alkaline cleaning formulation based using Cola®Terge 226 and appropriate complexing agent is a significant improvement compared with conventional alkaline cleaners.

Cola®Teric JSC is a biodegradable (100% biodegradable in 14 days), low-foam wetting agent and coupler useful in both high alkali and acid systems. It has a high tolerance for inorganic salts and is soluble in up to 35% caustic soda. Additionally, Cola®Teric JSC has excellent corrosion inhibition properties, making it useful in steel pickling baths and other acid systems.

Cola®Fax 3660 is an anionic surfactant for industrial applications that provides good wetting, detergency, hydrotroping, and electrolyte stability. It is fully biodegradable. It is useful in hard surface cleaning, emulsion polymer emulsifier, vehicle cleaners, corrosion inhibitors, lubricant anti-wear properties and textile wetting.

Cola®Liquid DCM is a DEA-free fatty amide blend designed for incorporation into most water dilutable products. In addition to corrosion inhibition, Cola®Liquid DCM provides high detergency for effective cleaning, and prevents soil from re-depositing after being loosened. The unique wetting properties are intended to allow dispersion over oily surfaces without creeping under and loosening flooring adhesives. The high viscosity of Cola®Liquid DCM delivers a thick, pleasing consistency for formulations, and the controlled foam provides satisfactory suds without disproportionate volume.

Suga®Nate 100NC is a surfactant based on the renewable resources of corn and coconut. It is extremely mild when tested against other traditional primary personal cleansing surfactants such as sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium coco sulfate, sodium lauryl ether sulfate and alpha olefin sulfonate. This product is recommended for shampoos, bath gels, body washes, facial cleansers, makeup removers, baby products, and bath foams.

Span™ 40 is a biodegradable surfactant based on a natural fatty acid (palmitic acid) and the sugar alcohol sorbitol, and it has been manufactured via the RSPO's Mass Balance System. This sorbitan ester is highly effective at forming oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions, particularly when used in combination with its polyethoxylated derivative, Tween 40.

Tween™ 28 is a liquid ethoxylated sorbitan ester, derived from natural fatty acid (Lauric acid). It finds applications in hard surface cleaning, industrial & institutional cleaning, vehicle care, and waxes & polishes. Its primary function is as a detergent. Tween™ 28 is available in Asia, Latin America, and North America. It is in liquid form, and its HLB value is 19.1. Sustainability-wise, it offers an RSPO grade option and halal grades are also available.

Span™ 80 is a biodegradable surfactant that utilizes a natural fatty acid (oleic acid) and the sugar alcohol sorbitol. It is produced through the RSPO's Mass Balance System, ensuring sustainability. This sorbitan ester is highly efficient in creating O/W emulsions, especially when used in conjunction with its polyethoxylated derivative, Tween 80.

Tween™ 20 is an ethoxylated (20) sorbitan ester derived from a natural fatty acid (lauric acid) and manufactured through the RSPO's Mass Balance System. This ethoxylate demonstrates excellent efficacy in forming O/W emulsions, particularly when combined with its non-ethoxylated derivative, Span 20.

Span™ 83 is a liquid sorbitan sesquioleate that serves as an emulsifier and solubilizer. It finds applications in various areas such as air care, automatic and hand dishwashing, hard surface cleaning, industrial and institutional cleaning, and vehicle care. It is bio-preferred approved and is wholly derived from bio-based sources (>95%). Additionally, halal grades of this product are available.

Span™ 85 is a biodegradable surfactant derived from a natural fatty acid (oleic acid) and the sugar alcohol sorbitol. It is manufactured through the RSPO's Mass Balance System. This sorbitan ester is known for its high effectiveness in forming oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions, especially when used in conjunction with its polyethoxylated derivative, Tween 80.

Span™ 120 is a highly effective and mild nonionic surfactant that offers multiple functionalities. It is part of a range of ester materials, including sorbitan esters, mono and diglycerides, and polyoxyethylene sorbitol esters. These nonionic surfactants function as emulsifiers, detergents, spreading agents, and dispersing agents. Span™ 120, based on isostearic acid, is naturally derived and approved by Ecocert.
