Green Belting 160-10S HT is constructed with an uncoated glass fabric and silicon adhesive, this tape is ideal for secondary masking. It is highly conformable and does not leave any adhesive residue during removal.

Fine-L-Kote LED2 Silicone Coating is designed and formulated specifically for light emitting diode applications that require a completely transparent coating to provide a tough, extremely flexible protective coating. Fine-L-Kote™ LED2 offers the greatest flexibility for extreme temperatures on the flex and rigid circuitry found in LED displays, as well as an outstanding nonstick surface for soil repellency. Cured coatings are hydrolytically stable and retain their physical electrical properties even after being exposed to high temperatures and humidity without interfering with light wavelength or intensity. The Fine-L-Kote™ LED2 will not put any strain on delicate circuit components.

HumiSeal® 1A33 is a single component, polyurethane conformal coating, suitable for general printed circuit board applications. HumiSeal® 1A33 contains no free isocyanates and fluoresces under UV light for inspection purposes. HumiSeal® 1A33 coating is MIL-I-46058C qualified, IPC-CC-830B and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EC compliant and recognized under UL File Number E105698.

FluoroSyl 3750Y is a hydrophobic and oleophobic glass coating with great anti-fingerprint and lubricity properties. Chemically strengthened glass such as Gorilla Glass (Corning), Dragontrail (AGC) and Xensation (Schott AG) can be effectively coated with 3750Y when the glass is properly cleaned. FluoroSyl bonds to cleaned hardened-glass and produces a low surface energy, low refractive index, transparent, oil, water and stain repellent coating that is less than 10 nanometers thick.

TECHSPRAY Turbo-Coat Thinner can be used to reduce viscosity to match ideal process parameters. Turbo-Coat, Turbo-Coat HV, and Turbo-Coat Thinner are all HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) free, which means they do not contain common coating solvents such as Toluene, Xylene, and MEK. As a result, these coatings are more user-friendly and safe.

Umicore UCS_Si_01 combines a high transmission with a low reflection and moderate environmental resistance, this coating is best suited for internal surfaces applications. Umicore can successfully apply HEAR coatings to Germanium, Silicon, Zinc Selenide, and Gasir® substrates.

Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Duct-O-Seal is a non-flammable one component sealer is a non-toxic formulation designed to adhere most substrates. Tested for all electrical cable sheathing and will not affect the conduits.

Pyra-Sil™ 864 is a one-part conformal coating that cures at room temperature. When applied, it self-levels and cures in 5 minutes (or 25 seconds @150oC) and is primarily used for sealing, potting, seam-filling, and encapsulation applications. After 24 hours of curing at room temperature, it forms a flexible yet durable seal/coat capable of effective protection against weathering, moisture, UV ray damage, and high temperatures. Incure 864 can be coated on a variety of substrates, including metals and plastics, and is suitable for manual brushing as well as high volume automatic dispensing or spraying systems.

Perma-New™ V-​​​16 (​​​​​​​​UV-cur​​ed) Class Coatings are new formulations similar to Perma-New V-2, but this class can be optimized for adhesion of vacuum deposited coatings (anti-reflective coatings) that will be applied on top. Although the V-2 class coatings can be used for subsequent vacuum deposition, it is easier for the vacuum deposition operator to achieve good adhesion over formulations in this class. The solids of this coating technology can be as high as 46%, which makes them suitable for spin application on ophthalmic lenses. At lower solids, coatings of this class can be used for dipping, roller or flow applications.

Hardide®-W Coating is used in advanced engineering applications such as aerospace and semiconductors. Hardide® is a line of low temperature CVD (chemical vapor deposition) tungsten carbide/tungsten metal matrix composite coatings that are designed to extend the life of critical metal components. The coatings are tough, ductile, and impact resistant, with a unique combination of abrasion, erosion, and chemical resistance.

Tulco INC PD-200 is for low to moderate thickening, anti-foaming, free flowing, anti-caking and silicone rubber application.

Astrocure® 67 Oligomer is a unique, low profile reactive, cycloaliphatic oligomer, especially tailored for application in ultra-violet/electron beam (UV/EB) radiation cured coating. The product is a flexible version of Astrocure® 78. It is light in color and has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

Electrolube AFA optically clear acrylic conformal coating ideally suited for use as an LED coating or in other commercial applications to protect the PCB from the environment. AFA boasts superb properties, maintaining excellent clarity, with minimal color temperature shift after prolonged UV exposure making it a superb choice for an LED coating application. While it also provides excellent protection in humid environments, and flexibility over a wide operating temperature range.

Aviabor Borane-Pyridine is colorless or yellow transparent liquid.

HumiSeal® 1A27 LTX is a single component, polyurethane conformal coating, suitable for general printed circuit board applications. It is specially formulated with reduced xylene and toluene concentration to be fully compliant with GB30981-2020*. HumiSeal® 1A27 LTX contains no free isocyanates.

Green Belting 170-20S YL is a standard thermal spray masking tape withstands grit blast and thermal spray, and releases cleanly from metal surfaces. It offers double-layered protection for added strength and resilience.

Green Belting 170-10S Red is well suited for Plasma Spray coating and applications involving higher temperatures, this tape resists burning and scorching while leaving clean coating lines and no adhesive residue.

FlameAway III™ 170 is a flame retardant additive for water based paints.

Green Belting 179-20S has superior adhesion to itself to withstand the extreme conditions of metalizing and plasma spray operations. This high temperature, abrasion resistant multi-ply tape is made with a silicone/glass layer laminated to a heavy gage aluminum foil. The aluminum layer enhances conformability and produces clean edge lines.

TEPIC is well suited for electronic coatings and plays a crucial role as the the cross-linker integrity of solder mask, in transparency of LEDs, and in outdoor durability of powder coating.

2K500 abrasion reisitant conformal coating is a hard, two-part polyurethane conformal coating system which provides the best protection properties of an encapsulation resin, with the ease of application of a conformal coating. It can be easily applied to provide excellent edge coverage, even areas with difficult geometries, this allows the highest levels of protection even in harsh environments. 2K500 is optically clear and maintains this clarity even after prolonged exposure to UV light making it a good choice to protect LED boards. It is also more abrasion resistant than 2K300 so it more suited to exposed applications.

ABchimie™ DVA BA is a non-toxic solvent blend that can be used with any acrylic-based conformal coating. Used specifically for AVR80 BA acrylic coating. Thinners are primarily used to dilute coatings for use in dip and spray coating. ABchimie™ DVA BA is a specific thinner that allows you to reduce the amount of thinner in the mix with AVR80 BA to achieve a higher thickness on the pcb when spraying with a gun (mix is 1:1).

Tulco INC HM-140 is for low to moderate thickening, free flowing, anti-caking and silicone rubber application.

Electrolube DCB SCC3 Black conformal coating is a specialist modified alkyd coating which has been specifically designed to meet the highest defense standards in both Europe and the United States. Sharing the same properties as DCA, DCB also offers camouflage to the PCB by being black opaque. DCB is a highly flexible coating making it ideal for small or delicate components, while also maintaining protection through an extremely wide operating temperature range. It provides excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of chemicals and solvents such as those found in the automotive and aerospace industries making it an excellent choice for these industries.

NuSil™ FS-3602 is used by the aircraft industry as silicone adhesives and coatings for over five decades. Miller-Stephenson Chemical MS-470C Urethane Conformal Coatings is a non-flammable, solvent-based, one-component polyurethane conformal coating provided in the convenience of aerosol. Our coating provides excellent electrical and barrier properties in a thinfilm applications on components and PCBs. When fully cured, the applied urethane coating exhibits superior toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent moisture and chemical resistance. MS-470C will maintain its properties even after long exposure to the elements with minimal color change.
