Pyra-Sil™ 880 is a one-part, room temperature cure conformal coating used for sealing, potting, seam filling, and encapsulation. It self-levels and cures Tack-Free in 15 minutes. Fully cured in 24 hours at 25oC, it forms a flexible yet durable seal/coat that protects against weathering, moisture, UV ray damage, and high temperatures. Incure 880 can be coated on a variety of substrates, including metals and plastics, and is suitable for manual brushing as well as high volume automatic dispensing systems.

Perma-New™ 6000 Class Coatings is a patented technology incorporating silica-filled methylpolysiloxane polymer containing a latent heat-cure catalyst system, in a blend of alcohols. They are colorless, slightly hazy liquids, typically containing 28% solids by weight. Solids content can be reduced to accommodate different application techniques.

2K300 high temperature conformal coating is a highly elastic, solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coating. It has been carefully formulated to combine the best protection and properties of a resin, while keeping the ease of application and cost effectivness of a conformal coating. Applied more thickly than the average coating, it provides excellent edge coverage, even in tight spaces while its extreme flexibility offers protection even around delicate components.

TECHSPRAY Turbo-Coat Acrylic Conformal Coating is intended to increase board production throughput without the need for costly UV systems or other capital equipment. HumiSeal® 1A20 is a single component, chemically resistant, fast curing polyurethane conformal coating. HumiSeal® 1A20 fluoresces under UV light for ease of inspection. AFA-S is a modified version of AFA. This ‘Spray’ grade Aromatic Free Acrylic conformal coating has been formulated for use in atomised spray applicators, and manual HVLP spray guns. AFA-S comes pre-mixed to the correct viscosity for these application methods and is a ‘ready for use’ product without requiring any further mixing by the operator.

HumiSeal® Acrylic Gel is a fast drying, single component, thixotropic acrylic paste that provides excellent moisture and environmental protection for printed circuit assemblies. 2K500 abrasion reisitant conformal coating is a hard, two-part polyurethane conformal coating system which provides the best protection properties of an encapsulation resin, with the ease of application of a conformal coating. It can be easily applied to provide excellent edge coverage, even areas with difficult geometries, this allows the highest levels of protection even in harsh environments. 2K500 is optically clear and maintains this clarity even after prolonged exposure to UV light making it a good choice to protect LED boards. It is also more abrasion resistant than 2K300 so it more suited to exposed applications.

TEPIC® S Tris (2,3-Epoxy propyl) Isocyanurate, is a unique symmetrical triazine contains tri-functional epoxy compound which entirely different from conventional bisphenol type epoxy resin. TEPIC is well suited for electronic coatings and plays a crucial role as the the cross-linker integrity of solder mask, in transparency of LEDs, and in outdoor durability of powder coating.

TECHSPRAY Turbo-Coat Thinner can be used to reduce viscosity to match ideal process parameters. Turbo-Coat, Turbo-Coat HV, and Turbo-Coat Thinner are all HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) free, which means they do not contain common coating solvents such as Toluene, Xylene, and MEK. ABchimie™ DVA BA is a non-toxic solvent blend that can be used with any acrylic-based conformal coating. Used specifically for AVR80 BA acrylic coating. Thinners are primarily used to dilute coatings for use in dip and spray coating. ABchimie™ DVA BA is a specific thinner that allows you to reduce the amount of thinner in the mix with AVR80 BA to achieve a higher thickness on the pcb when spraying with a gun (mix is 1:1).

Umicore UCS_Si_01 combines a high transmission with a low reflection and moderate environmental resistance, this coating is best suited for internal surfaces applications. Umicore can successfully apply HEAR coatings to Germanium, Silicon, Zinc Selenide, and Gasir® substrates.

Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

Perma-New™ V-​​​16 (​​​​​​​​UV-cur​​ed) Class Coatings are new formulations similar to Perma-New V-2, but this class can be optimized for adhesion of vacuum deposited coatings (anti-reflective coatings) that will be applied on top. Although the V-2 class coatings can be used for subsequent vacuum deposition, it is easier for the vacuum deposition operator to achieve good adhesion over formulations in this class. The solids of this coating technology can be as high as 46%, which makes them suitable for spin application on ophthalmic lenses. At lower solids, coatings of this class can be used for dipping, roller or flow applications.

Duct-O-Seal is a non-flammable one component sealer is a non-toxic formulation designed to adhere most substrates. Tested for all electrical cable sheathing and will not affect the conduits.

After 24 hours of curing at room temperature, it forms a flexible yet durable seal/coat capable of effective protection against weathering, moisture, UV ray damage, and high temperatures. Incure 864 can be coated on a variety of substrates, including metals and plastics, and is suitable for manual brushing as well as high volume automatic dispensing or spraying systems.

FluoroSyl 3750Y is a hydrophobic and oleophobic glass coating with great anti-fingerprint and lubricity properties. Chemically strengthened glass such as Gorilla Glass (Corning), Dragontrail (AGC) and Xensation (Schott AG) can be effectively coated with 3750Y when the glass is properly cleaned. FluoroSyl bonds to cleaned hardened-glass and produces a low surface energy, low refractive index, transparent, oil, water and stain repellent coating that is less than 10 nanometers thick.
