Ultra-Illumina™ 3511 is a UV light curable conformal coating made entirely of solids that is used on PCB assembly. It does not clog valves and is intended for use in high volume spray systems. When fully cured, Incure 3511 forms a glossy, hard, and resilient protective coating with a thickness of up to 5mm that acts as a moisture barrier even at high altitudes. Because of the fluorescing properties, quick in-process and quality inspection of coating coverage is possible. Secondary heat-cure is used to cure shadowed areas under components. UL 746C compliant, rated indoor/outdoor to 120°C, and flame class 94V-0.

Ultra-Illumina™ 3511B is a UL-compliant, 100% solids true UV light curable black conformal coating for PCB assembly. It is suitable for use in high-volume spray systems, does not clog valves due to the absence of volatiles, and is environmentally friendly. When fully cured, Incure 3511B forms a glossy, hard, and resilient protective opaque coating with a thickness of up to 600 microns, acting as a moisture barrier with excellent adhesion in harsh environments. UL 746C compliant, rated indoor/outdoor to 120°C, and flame class 94V-0.
