Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

The 4354 Thinner 4 is a slower drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s urethane and acrylic conformal products. The thinner as excellent solvent strength, making it a good oil and grease remover. It has very low water solubility, so it is unlikely to absorb water and create blush. Its drying speed is slow enough to promote excellent leveling, but it is fast enough to accommodate a reasonable assembly line speed.

The 4353 Thinner 3 is a moderate speed drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s conformal coating products. The thinner promotes good flow properties and suppresses blushing.

ABchimie™ DVA BA is a non-toxic solvent blend that can be used with any acrylic-based conformal coating. Used specifically for AVR80 BA acrylic coating. Thinners are primarily used to dilute coatings for use in dip and spray coating. ABchimie™ DVA BA is a specific thinner that allows you to reduce the amount of thinner in the mix with AVR80 BA to achieve a higher thickness on the pcb when spraying with a gun (mix is 1:1).

TECHSPRAY Turbo-Coat Thinner can be used to reduce viscosity to match ideal process parameters. Turbo-Coat, Turbo-Coat HV, and Turbo-Coat Thinner are all HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) free, which means they do not contain common coating solvents such as Toluene, Xylene, and MEK. As a result, these coatings are more user-friendly and safe.

Electrolube 2KPB conformal coating reaction agent is required for Electrolube's innovative €˜2K' two part conformal coating systems and the next generation of UV Cure conformal coatings. Used in a similar fasion to traditional thinners, 2KPB0 is used at the correct mix ration during application via selective coating machine. Where 2KPB differs from the traditional thinner is that it contains the reaction agent required for the coating to commence curing, similar to how the Part B works in a resin system. Available in a 1 or 5 Liter, 2KPB is added to the 2K range Part A or the latest UVCL range, please check the TDS of the Product to see the suggested mix ratio's.
