This material is also highly resistant to chemicals for an amorphous material and is inherently flame-retardant. The base material is transparent amber in color and is RoHS-compliant. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL1213T is a transparent injection molding grade based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. This grade offers extreme low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics, excellent processability and good chemical resistance. It is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES SLX2271AML is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is an antimicrobial compound available in transparent and tinted colors. Added features of this grade include: Good Weatherability and Scratch Resistance.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES SLX1271D is a low viscosity, weatherable polycarbonate copolymer blend with enhanced UV stabilization available in diffusive colors. It offers the potential for selective plating on PC/ABS in intricate geometries via a 2K molding process. The material is an ideal material for automotive exterior applications. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.
