SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7211 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@1.5mm, 5VA@2.5mm and 5VB@2.0mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2220 is a high-flow resin with a 20% glass fiber reinforcement made from polyetherimide. This material is RoHS compliant and inherently flame retardant, without the need for any flame retardant additives, and offers a UL94 V0 rating at over 0.5 mm. It provides excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This opaque material can be custom colored, and SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which can be identified by differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ SE1GFN1 resin is a 10% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI 110C. NORYL™ SE1GFN1 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for appliance internals, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors.

LNP STAT-KON RE0039 compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 15% carbon fiber. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN CFR9712 Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a non-filled, injection moldable grade. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 2.0 mm and high flow capability. LEXAN CFR9712 is available in clear transparent and tinted color options that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N1150 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm. NORYL™ N1150 resin offers heat resistance, good impact resistance, low specific gravity, and dimensional stability. It is an excellent candidate for a variety of automotive instrument panel applications.

DetALP® 360 is a heavy alkylate (HAB) primarily composed of aromatic oils derived from dialkylbenzenes, resulting as a by-product of linear alkylbenzene (LAB) production. SperseStab™ 1081 is a highly effective and low-volatility solid amine-class antioxidant ideal for a variety of rubber polymers, olefins, α-olefins, and lubricant applications. SperseStab-1081 is well-suited for neoprene, EPDM, and nitrile rubbers. It is also used in lubricants, including greases, compressor oils, turbine oils, and hydraulic fluids. SperseStab™ 1081 may be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants, including phenolics and phosphites.

ESTICLEAN® 159 is based on a mixture of esters and non-ionic emulsifiers of vegetable origin. The product is normally used undiluted, followed by water washing in the second step.
