The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors - transparent and opaque.

ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2220 is a high-flow resin with a 20% glass fiber reinforcement made from polyetherimide. This material is RoHS compliant and inherently flame retardant, without the need for any flame retardant additives, and offers a UL94 V0 rating at over 0.5 mm. It provides excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This opaque material can be custom colored, and SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which can be identified by differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ ZFM62P compound is based on Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) blend containing 10% glass fiber, 30% mineral. Added features of this grade include: Exceptional Processing.

ULTEM™ Resin 4001 is a PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 and 5VA listing.

ULTEM™ Resin 4000 is a glass fiber, PTFE, and Graphite filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 listing.

LNP LUBRICOMP RFL36XXY compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRES FXE9111T PC Siloxane copolymer resin is an injection molding grade. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant. This resin offers good low temperature (-10 C) ductility in combination with high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. Available for VisualFx capability in opaque “Illuminate” colors. ELCRES FXE9111T resin may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications, including but not limited to Automobile, Appliance, Electronics, etc.

LNP LUBRICOMP RL002 compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H FC 4940/500 TV 40 is a polypropylene homopolymer pre-dried with a desiccant dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. It is suitable for applications in the packaging, building and construction markets, as well as food contact and toys, with typical applications including functional components and housings. To ensure optimal performance, it should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
