DiTech Flame Retardant A is a high quality standard grade of Calcium Borosilicate used in a wide variety of applications.

Portaflame® SG 30 LV is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). The standardized quality of Portaflame® SG 30 LV is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portaflame® SG 30 LV is a "low viscosity" optimized grade with an exceptional low oil absorption value, giving the formulator the opportunity to achieve higher loading levels. Portaflame® SG 30 LV makes formulations that are flame retardant.

Charmax™ FR A180 is a flame retardant synergist for a variety of applications. Charmax™ FR A180 is specifically designed to partially or fully replace Antimony Trioxide in PVC applications such as wire & cable, coated fabrics, wallpaper and film. In addition to its flame retardant performance, the use of this product can reduce the level of Titanium Dioxide in formulations containing this pigment.

Charmax™ FR Z20S is a flame retardant synergist for a variety of applications. Charmax™ FR Z20S is specifically designed to partially or fully replace Antimony Trioxide in PVC applications such as wire & cable, coated fabrics, wallpaper and film.

Charmax™ FS CB35 is a high quality standard grade of Calcium Borosilicate used in a wide variety of applications.

BroFlam™ 45Z is a high performance flame retardant plasticizer for PVC, adhesives, coatings and elastomers. Its excellent flame retardant efficiency and good plasticizing properties make it a suitable choice for a variety of applications.

Santicizer® 148 is a fast-fusing, non-halogen, fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is recommended for applications where there is a need to reduce the risk of fire. Santicizer® 148 helps to suppress smoke during combustion of materials it is used in. In PVC, Santicizer® 148 acts as a high solvating plasticizer, offering permanence, faster fusion and high plasticizing efficiency.

Santicizer® 2148 is a non-halogen, low-smoke, alkyl aryl fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is recommended for applications where there is a need to reduce the risk of fire and smoke. This versatile additive is specifically designed to offer improved smoke suppression.

Charmax™ FR Z30S is a flame retardant synergist for PVC applications. Charmax™ FR Z30S is specifically designed to partially or fully replace Antimony Trioxide in PVC applications such as wire & cable, coated fabrics, wallpaper and film.

Santicizer® 1462 is a modified alkyl aryl phosphate ester for flexible PVC products that must meet stringent flame retardancy standards. Santicizer® 1462 is specially recommended for plastisol applications where critical processing conditions must be combined with high fire-retardancy of the end product. In vinyl nitrile foams, Santicizer® 1462 imparts a significant level of fire retardancy and helps foamed products meet certain specified flammability performance criteria. Santicizer® 1462 also acts as a processing aid and contributes to excellent cell structure in chemically blown foams.

Charmax™ LS ZB400 is a high performance standard grade of Zinc Borate used as a Flame Retardant / Smoke Suppressant additive in a wide variety of polymer systems.

Charmax™ FS CB50 is a high quality standard grade of Calcium Borosilicate used in a wide variety of applications.

Charmax™ LS AOM-T is a high purity Ammonium Octamolybdate of fine particle size which we have surface treated to improve dispersion, increase the compatibility in PVC/CPVC, and enhance hydrophobicity.

Santicizer® 154 is a liquid, non-halogen, triaryl phosphate ester fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is similar to tricresyl phosphate in performance properties, but without the neuro-toxicity associated with ortho-cresol materials. Within the Santicizer® family of plasticizers, Santicizer® 154 offers the best fire retardant properties. Santicizer® 154 is a great option in many applications where fire resistance is paramount, but plasticization is not a key property or where plasticization may need to be compensated for.

Charmax™ LS AOM is a high purity Ammonium Octamolybdate of fine particle size.

Santicizer® 141 is a fast-fusing, non-halogen, fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is recommended for applications where there is a need to reduce the risk of fire. This versatile additive has FDA clearances making it an option for applications that involve indirect food contact. In PVC, Santicizer® 141 acts as a high solvating plasticizer, offering performance, faster fusion and high plasticizing efficiency. Santicizer® 141 is also used as a lubricant additive, hydraulic fluid, and rubber processing aid.

Santicizer® 1438 is a modified alkyl aryl phosphate ester for flexible PVC products that must meet stringent flame retardancy standards. Santicizer® 1438 is specially recommended for plastisol applications where lower viscosity is combined with high fire-retardancy of the end product. Santicizer® 1438 exhibits superior flow properties and plasticizer efficiency compared to triaryl phosphate esters at equal concentrations. Santicizer® 1438 can be used at lower concentrations for similar flame spread without affecting tensile properties.

Polymer Tailoring NP is our most technically advanced additive, a fully formulated one-shot intumescent flame retardant. Set apart by its high thermal stability, NP is the flame-retardant additive of choice for PP, PE, HDPE, EVA, EBA, EEA, etc., whilst also very effective in paints, mastics, coatings, sealants and adhesives. We are working towards achieving REACH registration for NP in 2018.

AIPLUS PP is a new flame retardant masterbatch for PP, with higher performance than the traditional flame retardants of the same UL 94 V2 class.

Storflam® ZBA has its applications in flame retardant in plastics, rubber and resins.

Firebrake® ZB zinc borate is a white, crystalline powder manufactured in USA by U.S. Borax Inc. Firebrake® ZB is a unique form of zinc borate with multi-functional fire retardant applications in plastic and rubber compounds. Since Firebrake ZB releases its water of hydration at temperatures exceeding 290°C (554°F), it can be used in systems requiring high processing temperatures.

Syndant TDCPP can be used in fire-preventing dope and bond. Also native users have confirmed it as additive of lubricating oil and antiknock of putsch process.

C-TEC™ CTZB400 is typically used as a formulating additive to increase char strength, reduce smoke, and to provide afterglow suppression.

AH280 is a Ground ATH is used in Mass Transit, Carpet Backing.

IPPP-65 is widely used for fabric coating, circuit boards, flooring, textiles, PVC, phenolic resin and other fields.

Haicheng Jinghua Mineral Products Brucite is a mineral type flame retardant which has property of nontoxic, tasteless, good stability, non-volatile high decomposition temperature and non-corrosive, it has been widely applied in plastic and rubber industry.

IPPP35 is halogen‐free flame retardant phosphate ester plasticizer, the two will not pollute the environment; in the viscosity of the phosphate species is the lowest, the highest phosphorus content of a model. This product is colorless and transparent, good compatibility, but also by both flame‐retardant plastic, flame retardant and plasticized material in between play a balancing role, so raw materials can change their character and physical properties, widely for fabric coating, circuit boards, flooring, textiles, PVC, phenolic resin, and other fields.
