VISIOMER® HEMA-P 70 M is a monofunctional methacrylate with a phosphate group in the side chain. It is supplied in 30% methyl methacrylate, which gives it a low viscosity and makes it easy to handle. This monomer provides superior adhesion to polar surfaces such as metals, glass, ceramics, and concrete. In direct-to-metal coatings, it enhances corrosion resistance and improves film strength. Visiomer® HEMA-P 70M can be used as a functional co-monomer in acrylic emulsions for coating resins, as well as an adhesion promoter in adhesive formulations.

SYNTRAN AC 6130 is a modified water-based acrylic copolymer that combines two different ionic structures in the same interpenetrating polymer network (IPN). This unusual combination provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of difficult substrates. SYNTRAN® AC 2901 is an inherently matte acrylic polymer. This technology produces a film with low gloss, high flexibility and excellent stability while providing excellent adhesion to various substrate types. SYNTRAN® AC 2901 forms a low- gloss film without the additional use of waxes or powdered matting agents and gives a slightly soft touch to the surface. It is compatible with both organic and inorganic pigment pastes and can be used to produce matte formulations without affecting the color of the ink or the substrate, providing a very natural, “non- coated” appearance of the substrate. It is recommended to fortify SYNTRAN® AC 2901 with another acrylic resin or PUD to improve the overall film properties. SYNTRAN® APU 1602 is an acrylic modified aliphatic polyurethane dispersion with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. The product is used for parquet coatings (that do not require cross-linker addition), industrial wood, floor and plastic coatings and to improve abrasion resistance in combination with other acrylic copolymers. SYNTRAN® APU 1602 offers very good chemical resistance and is highly compatible with other SYNTRAN® acrylic polymers. Formulations based on SYNTRAN® APU 1602 for various applications are available upon request.
