The residual monomer content is below 1000ppm. The dispersion is characterized by a high bonding strength due to its high Mw PVOH content.

VINNAPAS® 530 ND is a construction dispersion for primers, cement admixes, and repair mortars. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is based on a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer. It reduces the elastic modulus and enhances adhesion. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is an unplasticized 55% dispersion of a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer in water.

VINNAPAS® CA 5544 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a medium-firm hand is required. The dispersion combines a very high solid content with a low viscosity, allowing the addition of very high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with solid contents of 80 percent or even greater. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is an all-round construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars and ready-to-use dispersion-based construction products. It is specifically suitable for ETICS/EIFS applications as a cement admix dispersion or sole binder in ready-to-use ETICS/EIFS base or top coats. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is a semi-flexible, medium-particle-size synthetic resin dispersion based on a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride, and it contains a protective colloid.

The concentrated product is also employed in the manufacturing of bitumen-bound minerals or as a binder for mineral systems. The product develops its hydrophobic effect through a reaction with atmospheric moisture or water adsorbed onto the pores and capillary walls of the construction material. SILRES® BS 68 is characterized by higher alkali resistance compared to pure methyl silicone resins, and the water vapor permeability of the construction material is only slightly affected.

VINNAPAS® CA 5677 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® CA 5677 is not produced with any added organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. VINNAPAS® CA 5677 offers high dry strength, excellent absorbent properties, and a medium-firm hand. It can be used for needle-felted carpets and in the precoat coatings applied in the production of tufted carpet backings.

When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a surfactant-stabilized polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, formaldehyde donors, or alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a medium-viscosity product that exhibits high compatibility with cement, and its influence on cement setting is marginal.

VINNAPAS® 4016 N is a hard dispersible polymer powder based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with very good tensile adhesion strength on inorganic surfaces combined with good workability. VINNAPAS® 4016 N was developed for those applications where lower water demand and increased smoothness under the trowel are important.

LC-211 Industrial Acid Modified Starch (210000) is an acid-modified industrial grain sorghum starch used as a core binder in gypsum wallboard and plaster applications. ADM Isoglucose 111 is a fructose-containing glucose syrup. It is a purified and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch and is characterized by a high fructose content. It is a transparent water-like to light yellow viscous liquid with a sweet taste and a bland odor.

VINNAPAS® 4042 H is a medium hydrophobic dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for ETICS and waterproofing membranes. It is based on a very flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® H, which means that it provides a hydrophobic effect in addition to the basic properties of adhesion and flexibility.
