G-TEX TM is our range of comingled recycled carbon fiber/ thermoplastic nonwoven mats. These mats provide an excellent balance of mechanical properties, formability and good-quality surface finish. G-TEX TM nonwoven mats are made with PP, PA, PEI and PPS fibers. The dry mats can be direct formed into parts by compression molding or used as pre-consolidated sheets. G-TEX TM nonwoven mats are used today in automotive and aerospace applications.

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts.  Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Our glass fiber reinforcements are 10 or 16 microns in diameter and milled to lengths ranging from 120 to 470 microns. They are used in composites to increase mechanical properties such as tensile, flexural and impact strength. They are also used to increase dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures. Milled glass fibers are compatible with all thermoset and thermoplastics resins. Surface treatments are available that may enhance performance. Microglass milled fibers are E-glass filaments hammer milled to various bulk densities. Microglass is used as a filler/reinforcement in composites to increase mechanical properties (tensile, flexural and impact), improve dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures.

Curing Agents

Aktifit is an activated Silfit Z 91 produced by modifying the surface with functional silanes. The by-products split off during the treatment reaction are largely removed during the production process which firmly attaches the silane to the filler surface. This helps minimize undesirable side effects, as they are potentially encountered with in-situ mixing (direct addition of silane to the compound).

Ultracomp is the versatile, go-to composite bearing for hundreds of applications. Constructed of synthetic resins and reinforcing fibers, Ultracomp delivers in linear, oscillating and rotary applications to give you the best in design flexibility. It’s the preferred choice whether you are running in wet or dry environments, or when carry loads exceed the limits of all other non-metallic bearing materials.

G-TEX M is our range of 100% recycled carbon fiber nonwoven mats. These mats provide an excellent balance of mechanical properties, formability and high-quality surface finish. G-TEX M nonwoven mats can be used with all commonly used resin systems for composites. Whilst best suited for compression molding processes in either dry or pre-impregnated forms, they are also used today in vacuum infusion (dry mats) and autoclave (pre-impregnated mats) processes. G-TEX M nonwoven mats are used today in automotive, wind energy, marine and tooling applications.

ELASTOSIL® is an all-rounder for countless applications. Silicone rubbers consist essentially of silicone polymers and fillers. They cure at high temperature (HTV/LSR grades) or room temperature (RTV grades) with suitable reactants, forming a three-dimensional structure and transforming the uncured compound in a plastic state into an elastomeric rubber. Silicone elastomers are flexible at low temperatures and resistant to heat and aging (UV radiation and ozone). They are easy to process and have good mechanical properties that remain unchanged over a wide temperature range. They have a neutral taste and are biologically unreactive.

Tricolit® is a sprayable solution that is heat cured into a hard coating, resulting in reduced frictional losses and wear on various surfaces. It is a versatile product that can be used alone or in combination with other coatings in order to optimize the characteristics of the material. We have a license based business model, and our clients are component manufacturers that have implemented our technology in their manufacturing processes. By doing so, they can add value to their clients by delivering improved properties in terms of reduced friction and wear, all at a competitive price.

WB HRZS® has a quick dry-time which allows for easy application on tanks, barges, ships and causeway systems and will last for extended periods of use. Since multi-coat systems are not required, considerable savings advantages for the marine industry can be realized in both the short and long term while also remaining well within environmental guidelines. WB HRZS® chemically bonds to steel which prevents any undercutting should the structure be damaged while in use. WB HRZS® also has excellent anti-fouling properties; barnacles, zebra mussels, oysters, etc. will not adhere to the coating.
