WACKER® GP-N - General Purpose Neutral Coloured is a one-part, neutral silicone sealant with excellent adhesion to most building substrates. WACKER® Silicone Paste P 12 is a pure white, soft-consistency heat sink paste with marked thermal conductivity. It is electrically insulating. WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. In the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors, microscopic irregularities may exist on the mating surfaces of the semiconductor and the cooling surface. AEROSIL® 200 HV is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is an organo-modified siloxane-based antifoam that is designed for foam control in non-aqueous media. It has a high silicone content, which makes it more effective than conventional products in bio-treated diesel fuels. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 reduces foam collapse time and initial foam height, and it maintains its performance even in wet fuel and after storage for over four weeks. It also has excellent water shedding properties and a reduced treat rate compared to conventional antifoams based on polyether siloxanes. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is compatible with a wide range of diesel additive packages and can be incorporated into low-solvent formulations. It is also stable at low temperatures and can be used with conventional non-polar solvents.

AEROSIL® R 106 is a hydrophobic fumed silica after treated with D4 (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).

AEROSIL® R 974 is hydrophobic fumed silica grades treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recommended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

WACKER® NE 4720 exhibits excellent wetting properties on various substrates. Importantly, it does not cause stress crack corrosion when in contact with acrylic glass or polycarbonates.

WACKER® GM - Glazing and Metal is a one-part, neutral-curing, low modulus silicone sealant with excellent adhesion and a long shelf life. It is designed for sealing, bonding, and repairing various tasks. WACKER® GM - Glazing and Metal cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture, forming a durable and flexible silicone rubber.

Armolube® AW 101 anti-wear agent provides good ashless anti-wear performance, acting as a good corrosion inhibitor for iron (Fe) and aluminum (Al). It is a reasonably good emulsifier with improved solubility benefits in emulsion for less-sticky soaps.

Armolube® FM 501BL friction modifier acts as an excellent ashless friction modifier across all friction regimes – useful for either lubricant or fuel formulations with very good wear reduction/lubricity benefits and as a good oil-soluble co-emulsifier.

Armolube® FM 102 friction modifier is used as an intermediate to make fuel cold-flow improvers and detergent additives for fuel additive packages for diesel and gasoline engines. Also used as an intermediate to make dispersants for gasoline engine lubricants.

Armofuel® IG 110 ignition improver is a non-ionic polyethylene glycol derivative used to improve ignition/cetane for methanol and ethanol fuels in diesel for compression ignition and diesel-type engines. It provides cleaner engine combustion, resulting in low engine deposits.

Armolube® AW 102 anti-wear agent offers excellent ashless anti-wear performance and all-around corrosion inhibition for iron (Fe) and aluminum (Al) and is a reasonably good anion emulsifier with low foaming characteristics.

Armolube® FM 103 friction modifier is used as an intermediate to make friction modifiers for Dual Clutch Transmission Fluids (DCT), Automatic Transmission Fluids (ATC), and anti-wear components.

PETROSOL D 40 is a hydrogenated naphtha-kerosene blend featuring a typical distillation range between 150 and 200°C. PETRENE® 900 is a heavy alkylate (HAB) that is primarily composed of aromatic oil derived from dialkylbenzenes produced during the production of linear alkylbenzene (LAB). It has a diverse range of applications, including use as a lubricant for A/C compressors, heat transfer oil, dielectric fluids for transformer cooling, lubricating greases, additives in diesel engine oils, sulfonated additives for oil (surfactant additives for oils and enhanced oil recovery), greases, synthetic lubricants for industrial applications at low temperatures, and various other uses such as a solvent for tar, inks, metal surface treatment products, and plastic materials.

DetALP® 360 is a heavy alkylate (HAB) primarily composed of aromatic oils derived from dialkylbenzenes, resulting as a by-product of linear alkylbenzene (LAB) production. This versatile substance finds utility as a lubricant for air conditioning compressors, heat transfer oil, dielectric fluids for transformer cooling, lubricating greases, an additive in diesel engine oils, a sulfonated additive with surfactant properties for enhancing oil recovery, and as a base for synthetic lubricants suitable for industrial use at lower temperatures. It also serves as a solvent for various applications, including tar, inks, metal surface treatment products, and plastic materials.

TORMA BIO 7 ST can be used as a fluid lubricating coolant. The product appears as a clear liquid with a random odor. It is emulsifiable in water, has a flash point of max. 260°C, and a relative density of 0.952 kg/l.

TORMA 4 FB XT/PL can be used as a fluid lubricating coolant. The product appears as a clear amber liquid with a random odor. It is readily emulsifiable in water, has a flash point of 100°C, and a relative density of 0.973 kg/l.

DeCAL ERT 09 is a solvent-free, biodegradable alternative to mineral oil. It retains all the properties of natural rapeseed oil and is readily emulsified by adding water and agitating. DeCAL ERT 09 is also suitable for use as the base oil in many lubricants, including cutting fluids, rolling/metalworking oils, drilling muds, two-stroke oil, greases, wire drawing, and chainsaw lubricants.
