ULTRASIL® VN 3 GR has a specific N2 surface area of approximately 180m²/g and is utilized in nearly all areas of the rubber industry. It is available in both powdered and granulated forms. ULTRASIL® VN 3 GR offers a high reinforcing potential in combination with a high level of transparency in the finished rubber product, such as in shoe soles. Furthermore, ULTRASIL® VN 3 GR is widely used in different bonding systems.

Evonik 1,7-Octadiene 98% serves as a versatile crosslinker for various polymers, with a preference for polyolefins like PE or PP. It can be applied in its pure form or undergo chemical modifications such as epoxidation or hydrosilation. Due to its reactivity, incorporating 1,7-octadiene directly into the polymerization process as a comonomer is advantageous.

CENUSIL® M 810 A/B is a room-temperature curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and cures at ambient temperature. It has excellent flowability and good self-dehydration. Dianhydrides & Imides BISDA (4,4-bisphenol A dianhydride, dianhydrides of BPA) are flakes that can serve as a comonomer in polyimide synthesis or as an anhydride curing agent in epoxy applications. When utilized as an epoxy curative, it can enhance thermal performance compared to monoanhydrides and aromatic amine curing agents. Its application areas include electronics encapsulation, composites, and adhesives. Dianhydrides & Imides BISDA-derived polyimide varnishes, coatings, adhesives, films, and wire enamels offer desired solubility and stability in organic solvents even after complete imidization, heat resistance, flexibility/softness, dimensional stability, and adhesion properties for the ever-increasing design complexity of electronic devices. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Flytac 190 is obtained by cracking C9, which mainly contains vinyl toluene, indene, methyl indene, and other unsaturated aromatic compounds. To have the characteristics of both aliphatic and aromatic resins C5 is added in C9, copolymerized, and modified to get C5/C9 copolymer hydrocarbon resin. As a result, this product has improved compatibility with EVA and also has good solubility in various solvents.

ELASTOSIL® M 4643 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It offers a fast and non-shrink cure at room temperature, which can be significantly accelerated by the application of heat. This grade is specifically designed for making shrink-free molds with excellent reproduction accuracy.

Z-NOX® 2246 is a product that excels as a stabilizer for hot-melt adhesives and natural rubber adhesives. It boasts low volatility and minimal migration effects and holds FDA clearance for use in adhesives, rubber articles, and polyacetals. Moreover, it functions as an oxidation inhibitor in fats, oils, and paraffin wax.

TEC-250 - Alkyl Phenolic Tackifier Resin is a tackifier resin derived from the reaction between octyl phenol and formaldehyde. It is soluble in oils and compatible with various synthetic rubbers. The resin is in regular reddish pieces approximately 6 mm in length. Its primary application is as a tackifier in the tire and belt industry.

DST L 30-01 is dusted with calcium stearate or amorphous silica. It is containing a no staining stabilizer.

Synthetic rubber SIBUR BR-1500 is styrene (23.5%) and butadiene (76.5%) copolymer obtained by cold emulsion polymerization using the soaps of resin and fatty acids. The polymer is stabilized with non-staining antioxidant and contains no nitrosamines and substances that may become a source of nitrosamines.
